CINDERHEART'S P.O.V.
me,poppyfrost,honeyfern,hollyleaf,half moon, and hazeltail were going to the mall today to get dresses for the valentines dance. of course i was going with lionblaze but.......
"cinderheart! let me come with you. heathertail and larksong are still out there!" he pleaded with me.
"lionblaze,i'm going with a huge group of friends. i'll be fine." i answered
"but........." he protested
"no buts." i replied
he grumbled but kept silent. i grabbed my purse and handed him his phone.
"here. i'll call you if i need you." i said
he nodded but regret shown in his eyes
he pulled me into a hug and whispered
"be careful"
i left and caught up with my group.
"hey! where were you?" hollyleaf asked
"your brother and his lovely antics" i joked
hollyleaf rolled her eyes
"welcome to my life." she sighed
i laughed
hollyleaf suddenly looked down.
"hey what's up?" i asked
"nobody wants to go to the dance with a nerd like me." she cried
half moon dropped back
"don't tell anyone i told you but fallen leaves is planning to ask you." she whispered
hollyeaf's eye's brightened and she stood taller
"he is?" she asked
half moon nodded
"i'm guessing you're going with my brother?" she asked
half moon blushed
"yeah" she said
we finally got to the mall. poppyfrost was bouncing of the walls,almost. she was so excited. for some reason honeyfern looked like she was about to kill her sister.
"hey! why are you bouncing off the walls?" i asked her
"berrynose is going to the dance with meeeeee!!!!!" she squealed
well that explains why poppyfrost was excited and honeyfern wanted to kill her sister.
they all piled into the dress shop and all the girls scattered looking for a dress.hollyleaf stayed with me telling me that lionblaze told her not to leave my side. we were looking for a black,but not goth dress for hollyleaf when we bumped into 3 girls
"sorry." i muttered bending down to pick up the dress i dropped.
when i looked up i saw one of the girls hugging hollyleaf. the girl who was hugging hollyleaf had blueish-silverish hair with white tips and warm ocean blue eyes.
"cinderheart! this is my cousin,oceanbreeze!" hollyleaf told me
"oh!" i laughed that explains the hugging
hollyleaf turned back to oceanbreeze "what are you doing here?"
"we enrolled in your school!!!!!" she squealed
while hollyleaf and oceanbreeze were squealing i turned to the two other girls
"my name's cinderheart. what's yours?" i said,extending my hand.
"my name is ambertail." a girl with fiery orange hair and amber eyes shook my hand
"hi!" i said
"that's rainy." she said pointing to the girl behind her with unique hair. it was gray that faded into brown with cream highlights. but i liked it.
"who's that?" rainy asked shyly,pointing to a face in the window.
i groaned. i stalked to the door and shouted
"SCRAM BERRYNOSE!" he hared away quickly
i walked back inside
"that is berrnose,only the most annoying,stuck-up kid in highschool." i told rainy
i saw rainy blushing and i quickly added
"and poppyfrost is his girlfriend."
rainy's face fell but she tried not to show it.
"well i'll see you at school tommorow?" i asked the two girls.
they nodded and left to find oceanbreeze. i found hollyleaf and we went home.
