i walked in to see cinderheart...................... calmly holding our triplets
( HAHA)
i rushed over.
"oh cinderheart, they're perfect."i whispered,lightly kissing each one, then i turned my gaze stern
"now who of you kicked me?" i asked
cinderheart laughed. i laughed with her. we soon got home and we settled our kids in. hollykit and sorrelkit were near cinderheart's side of the bed, fernkit was on my side.
we went to sleep but i was quickly awakened when fernkit put up a wail. i jumped out of bed. somehow the girls were still sleeping. i picked fernkit up and craddled him,somehow i dropped him and he banged his head,blood starting to well up.
cinderheart jumped out of the bed and snatched him from the ground.
"you're a failure for being a dad! i'm divorcing with you." she screamed
my face fell
"cinderhe......." i started
"DONT CINDERHEART ME!" she yelled. she put our kids in the stroller and raced away taking a few of her belongs.
i sat on the bed crying
i called jayfeather and he told me what a failure i was.
maybe they were right? maybe i was a failure............................
