dracos pov

the days were now a blur. harry and the others had been missing for a week now, many from the ministry were fighting to get them back. it was only harry, Hermione and Luna that had been taken being the only sub soulmates in the school. blaise and ron never spoke since the day unless blaise was calming Ron's anxiety. many students had been injured in the fight when the death eaters attacked. Pansy and I stayed by each others sides but had yet to say a word. nobody had gone back to classes and everyone was worried about the three that had gone missing, even teachers were helping with the search.

I looked up at my godfather. he knew something, he would have been told. his eyes locked with mine and a suddenly I wanted to kill him. he didn't care, he let this all happen.

"students!" Dumbledore yelled over us, even though it was only the Hufflepuffs talking.

"we have found the building where the three students that had been taken are. the fight to get the three back will happen tonight, although, Mcgonagall found them and said that all she could hear was the screams of Harry Potter" my heart sunk and suddenly the food in front of me seemed even more disgusting than before. my body shook with my heartbeat as I stared at the old man talking

"she says, with her own experience, Harry Potter won't be the same at all as when he left. although, I do believe I know how different he will be, I know someone that has been given the same horrible spells that harry has. Draco Malfoy, Pansy Parkinson, Neville Longbottom, if the three of you please meet in my office tonight after dinner. thank you" and with that he sat down. I felt like I was going to faint. Pansy seen this and wrapped her arm around me and pulled me up. Dumbledore seen this and also raised off his seat and followed us out into the corridor

I pulled away from Pansy and let my body fall to the ground as a cry broke out, I just wanted to hold harry, now I'm scared "he will never be the same again" Dumbledores voice kept ringing in my head. I tried again using my mind to contact harry but nothing, like every other time I had tried over the past week.

"Mr Malfoy" Dumbledore said but I wasn't listening.

"Draco. please, harry will be saved tonight and will be brought here to be checked

"checked?! you said it yourself! he will never be the same again!" I yelled shaking. Dumbledore sighed and sat next to me on the cold floor Pansy gave the old man a 'are you kidding me' look but walked away from us and back to dinner, I don't see how that stupid git could eat at a time like this.

"draco. they have changed your soulmates appearance and a small something was added to his personality if I am correct."

"what are you talking about?!" I asked weakly. Dumbledore smiled,

"you'll see tonight" he said simply before getting up and leaving me sobbing on the floor.

I was now in Dumbledores office. Pansy was clinging to my arm even though I told her not to, I didn't want to be touched again unless it was harry. Dumbledore had left the room after his weird bird flew in and out again, I'm guessing the three are back.

"i feel sick" Neville said talking for the first time since that day. I nodded my head in agree ment. Suddenly Snape walked in

"follow me" he said to us, oh how I wanted to hex him. we walked into the hospital and seen Hermione and Luna. harry was on the bed at the back with the curtain drawn and talking to Dumbledore, I slowly walked over there and pulled the curtain back. I gasped as I stared at my boyfriend, whom now had moving cat ears and a tail
