*one week later *

Ellie's pov

Today me and Ethan were going to go one our 3rd date and from what Grayson's told me today he will ask me to be his girl friend I had like an hour until he was here so I got up to get ready

I already took a shower and blow-dried my hair so I went to my closet to pick out an outfit I had no idea what we were doing and how I needed to dress to I pulled out my phone and texted him

"Hey what are we doing so I know what to wear 😚"

He texted back almost instantly

" just wear something casual beautiful 😚"

I blushed at the text and put my phone on my bed going back to my closet I decided to wear

high waisted shorts , a pastel tank , and a cardigan that was gray and cover my shorts and went to my lower thighs I decided to too that off with some simple pink vans

For my hair I just curled it and put it in a loose braid and pined back some places by the time I was finished I had 15 mins left so I went and brushed my teeth and grabbed a water I pulled out my phone going through some tweets

Some people tweeted pictures of me and Ethan's and said they shipped it and some said some hateful things most got to me but I hold up okay I then felt my phone buzz

ETHAN😁😚😍 was on the contact , he was calling so I picked it up

Ethan: Heyy Ellie I'm here grab your penny board and Polaroid camera

Ellie: got it are you here ?

Ethan: oh yeah come on outside

I hung up and walked outside with my things I hoped in Ethan's truck and he planted a kiss on my lips we pull away and he started driving I zoned out until we stopped

Ethan : you coming babe

Ellie:oh yeah sorry

Ethan :okay let's go grab your stuff we are going to ride down to the ice cream place you love

Ellie:ok

We start riding there on our boards hand in hand when Ethan speaks up I could see the ice cream shop we were almost there

Ethan : Ellie ?

Ellie:uh huh

Ethan : will ... Will .. You uh be my um girlfriend
I blushed because he was stuttering on his words

Ellie:of course I say jumping on him putting my legs around his waist he holds me up and kisses me

We grab I've cream and take pictures and just talk until it started getting dark we walked back to his truck and got in

"Ellie I love you so much I never want to loose you ever " he said sternly

"I I I love you to Ethan your my world " I stutter he really was we've only liked each other for about 2 weeks but we spent every day together

He made me happy and I never want that to be gone we were still looking at each other lost in each others eyes when everything went black all I remember saying was "ETHAN WATCH OUT " and everything went black

I woke up in a white room not completely remembering much but then it all came back to me I panicked and tried to sit up but my body was so sore

"ETHAN ! ETHAN!ethan? Where are you" I screamed crying my eyes out only to see blurs

"Shhh Ellie it's okay your okay " I heard a fibulae voice say it was Matt I cried harder

"Where's Ethan I need to see him where is he " I said still crying but able to see matts face now

He looked down at his hands and my mind started to freak out what's wrong why isn't he saying anything where's Ethan I'm so confused

"Ellie...i ... Ethan uh" Matt said almost at a whisper

"Where is he where's my boyfriend I love him I need him " I blurted out

"Ellie he he he can't come right now " Matt slowly spoke out

I became worried " where is he is he okay can I go see him "

"I don't think that's a good idea right now Ellie he uh "
Then suddenly Grayson broke in the door he looked horrible he had tears filled in his eyes and tears and snot all on his hoodie

"Dammit Matt just tell her tell her that see woke up and my my own brother my twin brother didn't wake and it her fault" Grayson yelled pointing at me

"What what what are you talking about ?" I said scared and slowly to Grayson

"Get your head out of the damn clouds Ellie my brothers dead because of you and he is never coming back to see me grow with him I HATE YOU" Grayson shouted at me

At that point I was crying and crying and couldn't stop
"What the hell Grayson it's not her fault be easy on her that was her boyfriend too and see loved him just as much " Matt screamed

This isn't true this can't be happening this must be a dream it had to be when I black out again I slowly wake up but I'm in my room I take out my phone and look at my texts

Babe I'm here hurry I've been waiting like 10 mins and your doors locked are you okay

At this point I'm so confused it was all a dream I run down stairs and open the door to see Ethan there with roses I run and jump on him and just cry and cry

Ethan: are you okay , we need to get going

Ellie:no we can't leave I can't loose you

Ethan : just come on we are going to go to your favorite ice cream place and ride penny boards and take some silly pictures it will be fun

I got in the truck but It all seemed exactly like my dream every single thing even the music
