Not all love is like fairytales. Sometimes, it crashes, burns, hurts and blurs the lines between sanity and insanity. Sometimes, love is the most wretched thing. And that's the only type of love Kayden can offer to Elaine.

Kayden Lawson has his hands tainted with the blood of all the hearts he has broken. And he doesn't care much of it. After his blossoming friendship with Elaine falls apart, he decides to move on. He finds comfort in Allison, who rises up to take the role in his life that Elaine had left empty. He still has movie nights with his closest friends.
