ch 18; what to call them

I deeply apologies for giving you a short update, especially when I haven't update in awhile x'D ehm...
I will do my best to update the next chapter soon!...

Link sparkles of happiness the second he sees one of the fries has crawled out from the pool.
Or as they are called now; fingerlings.
  The blue fingerling's blue eyes are looking asking at Link while the Zora baby are standing on all fours.
Links heart is melting of the sight of the blue Zora baby whose cheeks has a shade of pink on its white face.
He walks against the small fingerling whose size is the same as a hylian baby who is around a half year old.
"Guh?" The baby tilts its head which make the much larger tail on the back of its head, touching the floor.
Link reaches out his arms and kneels down in front the blue Zora baby.
"Come to p..." he starts saying and jolts.
"Come to mama" he changes to since he is supposed to be a girl and not a boy.
The blue Zora baby starts giggling with a wide smile and crawls against Link and let him pick the baby up.
Link stands up with the baby in his hands.
He raises the baby up above his head height and is examining the child.
"Hello...ehm...you" he says since he doesn't know if the baby is a girl or boy, and what he should call it.
The baby starts waving its arms and kicks its legs of joy.
Link smiles gently against the child and the feeling of love growth by seeing the child's happiness, and cuteness.
Then Link sees in the corners of his eyes how the red Zora baby is crawling up from the water with its sibling coming next after it.
Link gasps chuckling and hold the first baby close to him before he walks to the other babies and sit down onto the ground.
"How big you all three have become" Link says smiling and is looking at the three Zora babies.
Both the red-white Zora baby with blue eyes and the blue Zora with green eyes are crawling against Link and tries come up to his lap.
Link chuckles and tries helping them to come closer to him by reaching out his arm and give them a helping hand.
The three Zora babies fit exactly on his lap there he is holding one of them.
It's kind of hard to get it to work. But he loves it.
There he is, feels more right than anything else has ever done in his life.
If he had to choose, he would rather give up his sword than the family he has got.
And that says everything.
Link smiles lovely when he sees the three fingerlings examining each other and themselves. Or at him.
How the red Zora baby pulls the blues Zoras tail and make the blue one to whine a little and looking asking at the red one.
While the blue-white Zora Link is holding is staring fascinated at him while its hand is into its mouth.
About thirty-five minutes later someone enter the bedroom with a loudly sighs.
"There you are..." Sidon says and is looking at Link's back.
Link jolts and is glancing backward with an asking look before he smiles widely.
  Sidon straighten himself with a small yawn while he is walking against Link.
" I was wondering where you were during dinner..."
"Look! They have finally crawled out from the water..." Link tells him sounding excited and feel how the baby he holds is leaning its head against his shoulder.
Sidon inhales deeply and is walking silently against Link and is looking curiously at the babies.
Link grins against him before his eyes falls down onto the babies.
"They are adorable..." Link says and see how the blue Zora tries crawling away from him while the red-white Zora is looking asking at Sidon before it starts giggling.
Sidon exhales gasping with a crocked smile.
"Yeah....they are indeed..." he says and let out some air before he sits down next behind Link and is looking speechless at the babies.
Link grins mischievous.
"These tadpoles are really ...." he starts joking before a gently hand smack his backhead.
"Ouch..."
Sidon rolls his eyes and shakes his head grinning of Link's poor joke.
"Don't call them with those horrible names... they aren't some awful Lizalfos"
Link chuckles.
"Okay sorry...no, they aren't..." Link says while he caress his backhead with his free hand.
Sidon reaches out his arms against the red-white baby and pick it up.
"Hey little one..." Sidon says with a wide smile against the curious baby.
"Uh?" The red-white baby reaches out its arms against Sidon and tries examining his head with its small hands.
Link swallows while his eyes are going back and forth from the blue baby who is crawling away from him, and against Sidon.
"What are they?"
Sidon tilts his head confused.
"What do you mean?"
Link furrows his eyebrows and feel embarrassed since he knows almost nothing about Zoras.
However, he doesn't know a lot about hylians either. But that is another story.
"Are they girls or boys?" Link explains what he meant.
"Oh..." Sidon starts humming thoughtfully while he is examining the babies.
"Okay...the one you are holding and the other who is crawling on the floor are females while the red I am holding is male"
Link raises a brow and tries understand the difference between the babies. The only difference he can notice is their colours.
"How?" He asks with tilted head.
Sidon shrugs.
"It has something to do with their head..."
Link other eyebrow goes asking up.
"Their head?"
Sidon nods.
"Yes... ehm... females have rounder head than males have"
"Oh..."
Link smiles against the blue-white Zora who is sleeping with its head leaning against his shoulder.
"What are we going to call them? They need names" Link asks and embraces the sleeping baby.
Sidon starts humming.
"What about we are giving two of the babies similar names as we have?"
Link raises a brow.
"Like what?"
Sidon shrugs.
"The boy can be called Zion... while one of the girls will be called Linn" Sidon suggests.
Link inhales and is thinking about these names.
"I love it..." Link smiles.
"You do?"
"Um...And let's call the last girl, Mipha"
Sidon jolts inhaling.
"Y-...Are you sure?" Sidon asks and starts tearing up.
"Yes... I love that name...and let's honour her for being a great sister, champion and the mother of the children..."
Sidon makes noises as he was sobbing.
"Thanks Link..." he says and grits his teeth hardly, trying to stop crying.
Sidon starts wiping away the annoying tears who tries escaping his eyes.
Link places a gently kiss on the sleeping baby.
He is really on right place. It's here he belongs...
