ch 3; collecting shock arrows

After a simple breakfast with fish and mushrooms, Siri, a blue/white Zora women is helping Link with his hair and make-up.
Siri adds light blue eyeshadow on Link, and put on much mascara on Links eyelashes and make them bigger.
And she starts braiding Links hair in two pigtails. Then she adds jewelery in his hair.
Link has a long white dress on him.
And more jewelery.
When he is dressed, he follows Siri who shows him the way to the Zora king.
They enter the hall there the King is sitting on his throne.
Links eyes wides of seeing the king. The King is huge. Looks more like a overgrown worm than a Zora.
And the only similar between Sidon and the king are theirs colors, red and white scale.
Standing beside the king, is Sidon.
The King is looking judging at Link, when Link is entering the hall and is staring at the king.
Link pull himself together and kneels down in front the king.
"Your Majesty, I am Princess Zelda, the Princess of hyrule" he tells the Zora king and is looking down on the ground.
" It's a honor to meet you " he adds.
It got silent.
The Zora king is looking curiously at the Princess, kneeling down in front of him.
" I have heard much of you, Princess Zelda...the incarnation of the Godness" The King says which makes Links heart race faster of panic.
Link is looking up from the ground and is trying to figure out if the king has reavel him.
Link knew it was to naive. Trying to pretend to be the Princess of hyrule.
Of course, the king if everything would know something about Zelda.
But when Link is looking at the king, he gets the feeling, that, the King doesn't know he isn't Zelda.
Link starts smiling.
"Hopefully only good things, my king" Link says and makes the King actually to chuckle.
The other Zoras in the room is looking asking at each others. Didn't knew what to do. Or say.
Prince Sidon is looking impressed at Link. It's not easy to make the king to laugh. And definitely not after the King's daughter, Princess Mipha, died.
The King nods.
" Yes, I have heard much of what you and your personal knight have done... and to be honest, I'm impressed..and" the Zora king starts to says.
Prince Sidon clear his throat.
" Excuse me father, the ceremony has to begin" Sidon says and interrupted the king.
The King got silent and nods.
"Yes, you have right, my son... Kapson will tell you about the ceremony " the king says and sees how the priest walks out from the group of Zoras.
Link stands up and is following the priest with his eyes.
The priest stands between Link, and the king and Sidon.
" we have came today, to witness the beginning of the holy ceremony to unite two living creatures together. Prince Sidon of Zora domain and princess Zelda of Hyrule... as a first step to proof they are meant to be, they have to get shock arrows from the horse-man, called Lynel..." priest Kapson informs.
Then a blue/ white Zora women appears with a red pillow in her hands. With two necklaces on the pillow.
Kapson takes up one of the necklaces.
"These necklaces will protect you from the deadly electricity... but they won't last for long..." Kapson says while he put the necklace over Sidons head.
"So, be careful...." the priest says and takes the other necklace and put it on Link.
Then the priest starts mumbles with ancient words while he waves his hands.
The priest stops mumbles when the huge machine elephant starts sounding from the outside of the castle.
"Vah Ruta has given you its blessing" The Priest says.
Prince Sidon clench his fist excited.
"I knew it would do" Sidon says with a big smile while the crowd starts clapping their hands.
Link is looking confused around him, but mostly at Sidon.
Priest Kapson is looking at Prince Sidon.
" You and princess Zelda have 72 hours to bring the arrows... if you doesn't make it in time, the ceremony ends "the priest tells Sidon before he leaves the hall.
" we will make it in time" Sidon says optimistic.
The King is looking from his son to the hylian.
"You have my permission to begin your journey" the King says.
Prince Sidon nods.
"Thanks father, I won't let you down" Prince Sidon says and walks over to Link.
"Come..." he says to Link and leads him out from the hall.
When they have'd leaved the hall Link is looking asking at Sidon.
" Does I have to use this dress when we are gathering the arrows? Or I can changes clothes?" Link Asks while they are walking.
Sidon shots looks at Links white dress.
" You can changes clothes if you want" Prince Sidon says.
Link nods grateful.
"Thanks..."
While Link is changing clothes in his bedroom, Sidon stands outside the bedroom.
Link puts on his green clothes and takes his arrows and bow with him. And of course, his master-sword and shield.
He let's the jewelery and make-up stays on. Didn't wanted to ruin Siri's work she had put on him.
Link opens the door and leaves the bedroom.
Prince Sidon turns around and smiles gently to him.
"Ready?" Sidon asks.
Links starts smiling widely.
"I was born ready" he says and couldn't wait until the adventure shall begin.
Sidon starts laughing.
"That's the spirit!" He says.
They exist the Castle and Link is looking confused around.
"Where are we heading?" Link asks curiously.
Prince Sidon points up to a mountain.
" The Lynel is at the top of that mountain...lucky us, there is a road to follow " Sidon tells Link.
Link nods and starts walking against the mountain Sidon just pointed out.
Sidon wides his eyes of surprise when he sees Link starts heading to the mountain immediately.
Sidon starts walking as well.
"So...that you said yesterday....you really likes taking risks?" He asks curiously.
Link gives Sidon a quick look.
"Yes... I have courage in my heart..." Link tells Sidon.
Sidon tilts his head while he is walking.
" I thought Princess Zelda had wisdom..." he points out and makes Link walk slower.
"Ehm...Of course... I only meant I'm not a chicken " Links says and starts walking faster again.
The Zora Prince starts chuckle.

At last they have reach the top of the mountain.
Link can immediately see the zebra colored Lynel. A hylian with horse body and goat-horns.
"Oh shoot...." Link says and hides behind a tall rock.
Prince Sidon follows Link and hide himself.
"What?!" He asks curiously.
"Unlucky us....this is one of the strongest Lynels you can find" Link tells Sidon.
"How can you know?" Sidon asks.
" his fur is white..."Link answers and is looking at Prince Sidon.
" Can you use a bow?" Link asks.
Prince Sidon nods.
"I'm not an expert... but I can use one" Sidon says.
Link Takes off his bow and arrows and gives them to Sidon.
"I trust you....stay in the background while I am attacking him with sword" Link says as a plan.
"Be careful..." Sidon says and lay a hand on Links back.
"I will..." Link agrees and starts walking away from Sidon and takes out his sword and shield.
The moment the Lynel sees Link it starts pointing its bow against Link.
And Link starts dash away and hears how electricity hits the ground there he just where.
"Does it has to be shock arrows?!" Link complains while he is running in circles around the Lynel and is moving closer for each meter.
The Lynel keeps shooting shock arrows against Link.
And when Link is close enough, the Lynel puts away its bow and is dashing against Link.
Link stops running and smiles widely.
"I have been waiting for this " he says and is focusing on his enemy.
"Be careful!" Sidon yells and starts pointing the bow against the running Lynel.
When Link finds the right moment he does a backflip away from the Lynel and then starts attacking it with his sword, serval times.
Then he jumps away from the Lynel.
"NOW! Shoot him " Link yells.
Sidon have'd standing petrified, impressed of Links fighting style.
But he wakes soon up and shoots an arrow at the Lynel.
The Lynel groans loudly of pain.
Then the monster walks away and draws its bow and shoots three arrows into the sky.
"Fuck..." Link says and looks at Sidon.
"RUN AWAY!" He yells and sees how the Zora Prince is looking confused at him, standing to far from him.
"RUUUUN" Link screams and waves with the hand he has his sword in.
Then Sidon understands him and starts running.
But was little to late. Prince Sidon was almost out from range, when the shock arrows hits the ground, but wasn't. And got hitted by electricity.
"GAah..." Sidon groans of feeling the uncomfortable feeling of electricity.
Link wants to run over to Sidon and make sure he is alright. But couldn't.
The Lynel starts dashing against him again.
Link rolls his eyes.
" Do you really think that will work this time?" Link asks and make him ready to counterattack the Lynel.
And as before, Link does a backflip away from the attacking Lynel, and then starts attacking it with his sword.
After repeating same counterattack two-four more times, the Lynel falls down on the ground. Dead.
Link feels how he have'd starts sweating.
He withdraws his sword and shield, and run quickly to Sidon.
"Sidon! Are you alright?" Link asks worried and leans over the tall Zora, who is laying down on the ground.
Sidon tries stopping himself from groaning of pain.
"I'm alright...Good work" Sidon says and gives Link a thumbs up.
"I knew you could do it" he adds with a big smile.
suddenly Link starts laughing and feels tears falling down from his blue eyes.
" You are amazing " Link says.
Sidon wipes away Links tears with his thumb.
"No, you are..Let's collecting some shock arrows and complete our first task, my princess " Sidon says and stands up.
Link nods.
"Um" He says happily and helps Sidon collecting arrows.
Link is looking forward to the next mission...
