Sweet little Diggory (Draco Malfoy fanfic)

Chapter 7.

  Madison POV
We had to head to Professor's McGonagalls class for the ball practice, i was so confused what was going on so i just followed my fellow classmates. When we arrived McGonagall made the class separate making girls sit on one side as the guys sat at the opposite side, i could spot Draco. He smiled to which i smiled back, the teacher then started playing some music practically forcing Ron to dance with her. I couldn't hold in my laughter as whistles where thrown their direction, he was so embarrassed.
  "Alright students it is your turn." The girls stood up but the boys only sat nervously. "Come on now, up up!" She cheered.
  "May i have this dance Madison?" Draco asked.
  "Of course." I smiled, we were about to dance when Draco was yanked. I could only see a girl glaring at me, if looks could kill i would not be standing here.
  "What are you doing with MY boyfriend?" The girl asked.
  "Pansy please." He pleaded annoyed.
"Sorry he failed to mention you everytime he would shove his tounge down my throat." I smiled and walked away as if nothing had happened. It did hurt me I'm not going to lie but my pride and ego was too much to let it get the best of me in front of everyone. I was about to walk out when Harry spun me, and pressed me against his chest making me laugh.
  "I believe you owe me a dance." He suggested.
"Is that so?" He nodded. "Why is that?" I asked
    "Let's just say you haven't been the nicest since you started hanging around with Malfoy." He remarked, i looked over to see him dancing with that girl his eyes never leaving me.
  "I'm sorry Harry it's just you make it so difficult when you want to act as if you were my father." I replied.
   "Ok, I'll try to back off but if you ever need anything im here." He smiled, i hummed to his response smiling. "So are you going with Malfoy to the ball?" He asked.
   "Uh no, he's already preoccupied." I smiled at Harry trying to make it seem like i was not disturb.
  "Well would you like to come with me?" He shyly asked.
  "I would love to." I chirped. I wouldn't mind going alone if Harry didn't ask me i knew i could have fun either way not caring if there was a guy by my side. At the end of class i grabbed my wand and book and headed out, I was walking down the hall when someone pushed me against the wall.
  "What the hell are you playing?" Draco asked angrily.
  "What are you talking about crazy!" I pushed him off, picking up the stuff i had dropped.
   "So what now you're trying to shack up Potter?" He snarled at me.
  "You listen here Draco, I wasn't the one that was playing two games as you neglected to mention your girlfriend. Now if you excuse me i have class to attend, I don't have time for little kids games." I walked past Draco hitting his shoulder on the way. My next class was potions which i also had with Draco last time i was there i sat next to him, and i wasn't going to give him the benefit of the doubt and show him i was affected by his actions. I grabbed my book and sat down where Draco would be sitting next to me, soon after Draco walked in suprise written on his face seeing where i was seated. He sat down beside me and pulled his book out, Professor Snape then started talking about some topic that i failed to pay attention to.
  "I thought you were mad at me?"Draco whispered.
"No, well yeah but the thing i was mad about was the fact that you started remarking my choices." I replied.
   "You're not mad about pansy?" I shook my head to his response. "Madison i promise you I'm not dating he-". I cut him off.
   "Draco you could do whatever you want, it's not like we're dating or anything." I laughed. "I would've just wanted to be informed before you started snogging me."
  "You kissed me as well." He replied. "Don't tell me you didn't want it or like it."
  "I didn't have a boyfriend besides i never said anything about not liking it." I smiled at him and walked away leaving him speechless as Snape dismissed us.

    "So are you excited?" Cho asked.
"I actually am i believe the ball can be totally fun." I sang.
   "I am almost ready." Luna replied walking out the restroom. She looked beautiful wearing a baby pink sparkly dress, her hair was loose wearing a lip gloss.
"You look gorgeous." I added. I walked to the restroom so that i could get ready, i grabbed the black off shoulder dress hanging in the restroom. (Picture above of dress.) and let my hair down in waves pinning one side with a clip. I added a bit of makeup and applied a red lipstick so they were the center of attention, I finally placed my black heels on my feet clipping them. As i walked out of the restroom Cho gasped.
  "Oh my gosh you look absolutely beautiful Mady!" She grinned.
  "Thank you." I replied.
"Okay you girls have to get going Harry and Cedric should be waiting for y'all in garden I'll meet you both in the ball." Luna said.
We both nodded and headed towards the garden where the competitors would be waiting. I spotted Harry and Ced talking, Cho and I walked up to them. Harry just opened his mouth as he spotted me, i smiled at him and grabbed his arm.
   "You look beautiful Mady." Harry added.
  "Thank you." I replied.
      "What are you talking about? My sister has always been beautiful she gets her looks from me." Ced answered, i shook my head and laughed.
     Draco POV
I saw Pansy walking up to me grinning we were forced to wait standing up inside the ball so we can see the competitors walk in with their dates. I honestly hated the fact that Potter came with Madison instead of me, but i already wanted to see her. Soon the doors were open as the competitors walked one by one, I spotted Madison and she left me in utterly shock. She looked like a princess, she looked so elegant, so breathtaking. How i wanted to be the one to be with her, she didn't seem to notice me as she turned to Potter to start off the dance the whole scene infuriated me, he shouldn't be holding her like that it should be me. I soon joined the dance floor with Pansy only to get a good look at her beauty when she finally spotted me and smiled, she was just purely gorgeous. I wanted to kiss her again, i could only replay both the kisses we had shared in my mind. I noticed she walked away from Potter heading to the drink table and i decided to follow her ignoring Pansy's pleads. She was talking to the guy serving the drinks as she gently moved to sound of the music, not noticing my presence.
  "You're breathtaking." I whispered to her.
  "My god Draco stopped doing that." She said as she jumped a little from my sudden comment.
   "I'm sorry." I said. She looked at me confused as she had no idea what i was talking about. "I should've mentioned Pansy, but she's not for me."
  "Draco please don't." She tried to stop me.
  "Just listen, i wanted to be here with you. I really do i want you more than anything. The only reason i was with her to begin with was because my father thought she would be good for me. I can't help it though, what i feel about you." She smiled at me as the guy handed her the drinks.
  "Don't worry i will atleast dance with you once, now go back to Pansy it is not nice to leave your date." She placed a soft kiss on my lips and walked away. She will drive me insane, how can she be so calm most girls would be having a fit, throwing stuff, or doing what most girls do. I saw her disappear in the dance floor with Potter, i hope she did dance with me as she had promised.
