HIM THEY CALL THE CRUEL KING (Completed)

Before Taehyung left, he had informed that the King wants to have a dinner tonight here with D. This was a frightening thought for her. As long as King keeps visiting her, there is no chance for her to work on her plan and also it's the King. If something goes wrong, his sword won't spare anybody.

When it was already time for dinner, a knock on her room door was heard. D fearfully opens the door but finds a palace servant standing outside with a tray of food.

D was surprised.

"Won't the king come?" D asks

"King?" The servent questions back

"The King was supposed to have dinner here, but you got meal for one. Isn't he coming?" She asks confusingly.

"I'm sorry. I don't know about it. But the King had already had his dinner with his brother Kim." He replied.

D gets pissed about Taehyung lying at her openly and sends the food back. Taehyung who was waiting down outside, spots the servant coming back with the tray.

"Why, what happened? She is not eating?" He asks worriedly.

"She looked pissed. Someone lied to her saying that the King would have dinner at her place." The servant replied.

Taehyung thought for a second and took that tray from his hand and said, "I will take it back to her. You can leave."

The servant bowed to him and left.

Again the knock on her door was heard. This time she knew it must be someone other than King. So she took her time to answer the door.

Taehyung shows up as soon as the door opens and she quickly tries to shut the door back. But he quickly stopped the door from closing using his foot. His foot strongly held the door from shutting.

"Don't try breaking my foot too. I won't be able to help you again. I'm telling you." Taehyung began

D gives up and shoots a cold glare at him.
"Then why did you lie?"

Taehyung laughs.

"You said that you can make out if I lie. I thought you understood that it was a lie. So sad that you didn't get it. Now take this food and start eating." Taehyung says.

"I'm not eating. How could you lie something like that? You know how worried I was?"

"Ofcourse. I don't know, unless you tell how much you were worried." Taehyung laughs again.

D gets more pissed.
"Take your foot off. I don't want to talk to you." She said angrily.

"Are you sure? I won't help you then. Choice is yours. Eat it and get help from me or else..." Taehyung pulls the ending a bit, but before he could add a word, D agrees to take the tray from him.

She tries to take the tray from him but he wasn't letting it go.
She tries to pull again, still he held them back to him.

"What's this? Don't you want me to eat?" D asks.

Taehyung blankly stares at her for a second and answers, "You know what? Why don't I do this? Come with me." He hands the tray to one of the guard and walks her out from her inn to somewhere else.

Taehyung refuses to answer any of her questions until they reach a room away from the main sites of the palace. The room isn't much guarded like others and they all followed Taehyung's order and let them in.

As D walks in, she is surprised by the presence of her friends.

"City girl Dawon? What are you doing here?" As Jimin asks her, Taehyung walks in closing the door behind him.
