After the lesson was over, the students packed up, heading down the stairs for their Foundational Hero Studies class. Some glanced at Deku, who was still sitting there, before walking away.

Deku heard the tapping of footsteps, and raised his head as two legs stopped in front of him. In front of him was a girl with brown hair.

Uraraka Ochako, Deku thought, mind working overdrive. Quirk: Zero Gravity. Negates the gravity of objects or people she touches with he finger pads. Side effects include nausea and vomiting. Personality is kind and outgoing. Not very smart. Overall, average.

"Are you all right?" The girl asked worriedly, checking him over. "You seem quite exhausted."

Deku clicked his tongue in annoyance.

"Unless you didn't get the memo, Vomit Girl, I don't want to be here. So stop being a bloody nuisance and leave me the fuck alone." He then got up, brushed himself off, and walked away.

As he walked out, Ashido turned to Uraraka.

"Don't mind him, he's being an ass." she said, trying to cheer her up, while Iida chopped the air.

"Ashido-san, such language is inappropriate for a student of a prestigious school such as UA."

Deku snorted as the voices faded, and continued walking away until he reached a window.

Ignoring the stares, he opened it, and hopped out, hearing a shout behind him. Reaching the ground while tucking and rolling, he glanced up, seeing the agape jaw of Kirishima Eijirou, and turned around, walking away.

The students were dressed, and out in Ground Gamma, waiting for the lesson to start. All Might came with Deku on his side, both looking quite uncomfortable with each other.

The No:1 Hero cleared his throat, alerting the students of his presence.

"Before the lesson starts, I have an announcement: Deku, a friend of Nedzu's will be joining us today. He will be analysing your fighting skills to help you." He was cut off from any more talking with a snort.

"Don't kid yourself, you American-wannabe. I'm only here because Nedzu forced me, and I don't give a shit about what any of you are doing." He then walked to the side, and leaned against the wall, closing his eyes.

Feeling the eyes on him, he opened them and glared.

"Are you going to wait all day?" he snapped, and they turned around, All Might awkwardly coughing.

"*Ahem* Well, today we will be doing rescue exercises. The class will be divided into groups of five, with two villain groups and two heroes. As two groups will be fighting, the other two will be hostages." he said, holding out his cardboard box that contained their names.

The teams were chosen, and the exercises started, and against his own words, Deku sneakily started noting everything he could see down about them.

This was information after all.

And knowledge was power.

He knew that all too well.

His eyes slid to the boy he'd talked to before in his Deku identity, and his eyes hardened as he looked him over.

While he was doing quite alright, he was only using half of his Quirk. And although he was a powerhouse himself, he couldn't control his Quirk with enough precision, and sometimes accidentally froze his teammates. His cooperativeness was also low, and his cold demeanour only further disrupted their team's functionality and teamwork. In the end, they lost as the hostages were rescued by the opposing team.

He made a mental note to talk it over with the boy. After all, unless he used his full potential, he would never become a hero.

He mentally cursed Endeavour as he watched the boy scowl at their defeat. This was problematic, and it was all because of a power hungry idiot.

After he was done with this, that Flaming Fuckface was going to be in jail. Permanently.

He took one last look at Candy Cane™'s face and walked away, his own scowl etched on his face.

This was the worst day. A teacher with sleep issues, or rather lack of,a man with stomach issues, also a lack of, and a boy with daddy issues, unfortunately, not a lack of.

Why the fuck did this always happen to him?
