I laid on my bed while surfing the internet. I had called Pamela earlier today to inform her of my absent to work since my schedule is empty.

I stumbled on a post about Tara. Just then my mind went to our phone call in the morning. I smiled as I thought about it.

"So awkward."

I decide to order a banquet of red rose with some chocolate bars to make up for the awkward discussion.

As soon as I placed the order, I went to the bathroom for a shower. I wore a casual Tee with a black trouser for the family dinner and drove out of my mansion.

I arrived at my dad's mansion two hours later. I pressed the doorbell while nanny Mercy opened the door.

"Nanny," I said half postrating

"Olaitan, how are you doing?" She asked smiling

"Am fine ma, what about you?"

"Am okay," She replied

"That is even evident on your face because it is glowing," I said smiling

"Oh, I will take that as a compliment," She replied while she tapped me playfully

"Yeah because it is. Where is my dad?" I asked

"He is upstairs," She replied

"Okay ma, I will see you around." I said while I pecked her

I went upstairs to meet dad. He was checking out some clothes to wear.

"Mr Olaosebikan Snr.," I said teasing him

"Mr Olaosebikan Jnr., how may I help you?" He teased back

"Lol, dad. Hope am not late?" I asked laughing

"No o, and young man, why are you wearing that casual Tee?" He asked

"Hey p-man chillax(Dad relax), it is just a casual dinner not some party night and besides, you can make use of my fashion sense," I said winking which earned me a playful tap from him

"Mister, that winking can't work on me beacuse am not those girlfriends of yours,"

"Daddy," I whined

"Better go downstairs, the Nwankwo's will be here anytime soon. And yes, I will make use of your fashion sense but not because of your silly wink." He said laughing

"My daddy, my daddy, the lion himself." I hailed before leaving the room

That was my dad. Still at 60 with a good sense of humor. Am so happy I got that nice traits from him. You know the cute smile, the good sense of humor and the likes... Winks

As soon as I got to the living room, I heard the door bell rings.

"That must be the Nwankwo's."

I opened the door and was met with the one I respected and cherished as a dad, my second father with his daughter, Anna.

"Oh dad, good evening," I said half postrating
