Clyde Ignei's POV
I can't stop my heart from beating so fast because of anxiety. Where has that bitch taken Eira? I can't think straight because of her. I can see no traces of her. Hindi ko rin mahagilap ang koneksyon naming dalawa. I tried reaching out through this mind link thing but she's not responding. It is either someone is blocking me or she's unconscious.
What if I find her on the verge of death again? I know Damon wants to take revenge for his parents' death.
I can't think of any other place where Damon and Sue would take her to, only Coler. What if she's there? What if—no...She is a strong woman, a lady gifted with intelligence and power. She would not easily give up. I trust her and I trust my instincts.
'Eira, if you can hear me, please be safe and fight. I'll find you, love.'
"The cure is lacking one other thing but we can't pinpoint what it is," pahayag ng anak ng legendary healer na nakakuha ng atensyon ko.
"What do you mean?"
Tiningnan ko ang katawan ng apat na taong pinaghihinalaan naming traydor sa akademya. Kitang-kita sa katawan nila ang itim na marka na unti-unti nang kumakalat sa katawan nila. "You see, in order for them to heal, the black mark must be eliminated first. That way, we can cure their paralysis and get the substance out of their bodies," sagot niya.
"If the black mark is caused by magic, it can be removed through magic too, right?" tanong ni Lauren na nasa likuran ko.
"Right. But I quite don't know where we can find a student with white purification magic," nakahawak sa babang sabi nito.
White purification magic? Only one person has that kind of power in Kosmos...Ysabelle.
"Dr. Robert!" hinihingal na tumigil ang estudyanteng nagbukas ng pinto. Mukhang galing ito sa pagtakbo. "May bago na naman pong biktima," sabi nito at tumingin sa labas.
Ipinasok ng isa pang estudyante ang katawan ng babae. Sue?
"What the hell? Anong ginagawa niyan dito?" Tiningnan nilang lahat si Luna na makikitaan mo ng pagtataka sa mukha. Tila hindi ito makapaniwala.
"B-bakit kayo sa akin nakatingin?" kinakabahang sabi nito.
"Where did you find her body?" tanong ko sa kanila para maibaling ang usapan. We must not talk about it here.
"At the center of the field," sagot ng estudyante.
If Sue and the other four suspected traitors are lying here and Professor Julius is out of the academy, who's the traitor? Who are the traitors? Eira wasn't able to tell me who is her other suspect before. What if that person is really the traitor. Damn.
Pinaalis na ng doktor ang mga estudyante at sinimulang gamutin si Sue. Kailangan na naming mag-usap-usap bago pa lumalla ang lahat.
"Sir Robert, we're going for now. We'll have some matters to discuss," pagpapaalam ko na tinanguan lamang nito.
The headmaster is not here inside the academy. He's outside, visiting other kingdoms together with Ma'am Ivy and Sir William.
"Wait for me. We have another member of the royalties," saad ni Lauren bago tumakbo papunta sa main castle.
"Who is he referring to?" I think I know the answer but I avoided Khiera's question and continued walking. Nang marating namin ang dorm ay pinalibutan ko ang paligid ng isang water dome na palaging ginagawa ni Ysabelle kapag mayroong meeting.
"Everything's weird. Can you explain what's happening, Luna?" sabi ni Sandra at naguguluhang tiningnan si Luna.
"Katulad niyo, hindi ko rin alam ang mga nangyayari. Pero nakasisiguro ako na totoo ang lahat ng sinabi ko sa inyo kanina."
