What did I do?

As soon as Clary runs out of my room I realize what a ass I was. I followed her by her room but where stopped by Alec and Izzy. Izzy soon followed Clary to her room and so did Alec. I just stood in the hallway for a couple of minutes until I felt the whole institute shake what only could mean one thing. A portal had opened. I sprinted towards Clary´s room where Isabelle and Alec were shooting at her through the door. As I reached the door the shaking had stopped and I knew she was gone.

“What the hell did you do?!” Izzy screamed at me. I just stared at the closed door before I actually kicked it in. her room was like when she left it for London. I starred at the empty room with only one thought. ‘Where are you Clary?’

“Jace! What the hell did you do?!” Izzy screamed at me again. I looked down at my shoes

“I-I-I… Iwaskissinganothergirl” I said fast so that Izzy and Alec woudn´t know what I have done

“You did what?!” Izzy screamed at me again “How could you? I thought you loved her…”

“I do love her!” I said in defense

“Not enough” Alec said

“We have no idea where she is! We need to find her!” Izzy said and started toward the library

I just sunk down on the floor of Clary´s room and let the tears fall. What did I do? Why would I do this to her? I could still see the pain in her eyes when she was standing in my room. I could still see her tears on her cheek and I could still her footstep as she run away from me

Fifteen minutes later I entered the library but Izzy or Alec said aword to me, they where busy reading in books of how to track someone through a portal.

“Can´t we just asked Magnus?” I said

“He is busy right now” Alec answered shortly and shaped and continue to read. I slump against a chair and found myself wondering where Clary might be or if she was alive.
