Chapter 31: Ignore

~Third Person's P.O.V~

Everyone woke up after the suspicious night that occured. Soobin being too innocent to know what's going on around him, is confused why his Yeonjun hyung look like he's avoiding or ignoring him. Beomgyu knows everything while Yeji doesn't even care. The robot learned how to not care of her surroundings. They're all eating at the dining table silently.

*Munching* *silence* -Everyone

'What's going on?' -Soobin

'Oh boy... He's really ignoring him.' -Beomgyu

'I still can't believe he started dating Lia while I was still mad at her...' -Yeonjun

'Just eat Yeji, it'll be fine.' -Yeji

*Munching* *silence* -Everyone

The whole morning was full of silence. Everyone went back to work. But as for Yeji, Yeonjun let her stay at her room since he knows how heartbroken she is. This was never his intention. He made an AI robot to learn how to love. But looks like being in pain is part of it. He knows the feeling and how it'll help Yeji to get better. The boys are at their office with their computers beside each other. But none of them dared to say a word. It felt like saying something will cause more danger in their friendship. But it's not like that for Soobin.

"Yeonjun hyung, have you seen the files I sent to you before?" -Soobin

"..." -Yeonjun

"Hyung..." -Soobin

"..." -Yeonjun

"Beom?" -Soobin

*Ehem* -Beomgyu

"..." -Yeonjun

"Hyung, did I do something wrong?" -Soobin

Yeonjun turned off his computer and stood up from his seat. He went outside of their office while the two were looking at his silhoutte disappear. Soobin looked at Beomgyu with a questioning face but the younger didn't bother to answer. Now Soobin is really wondering what he did wrong before.

On the other hand, Yeji is still sitting at the bay window. Yes, their rooms have bay windows. It's like the perfect place to comfort your sadness. Yeonjun didn't bother talking to Yeji. He knows she needs an alone time. He sometimes regret making an AI robot but tried to remind himself that pain will always be everywhere. He just watched some movies from netflix at the living room. Let's see what Soobin and Beomgyu are doing.

"Beomgyu..." -Soobin

"Yes hyung?" -Beomgyu

"Did I do something wrong?" -Soobin

"Maybe." -Beomgyu

"What do you mean maybe?" -Soobin

"Well I think you did but I'm not sure if you know it yourself." -Beomgyu

"I'm really confused. Pls tell me what I did." -Soobin

*Sigh*"You really wanna know?" -Beomgyu

"Yes." -Soobin

"You-" -Beomgyu

*Creak*"Beomgyu help me with the boxes at the basement." -Yeonjun

"O-ok hyung. Sorry Soobin but I have to go." -Beomgyu

"Alri- wait, did you drop the honorifics?" -Soobin

"Huh?" -Beomgyu

"You did. Yah! Come back here!!" -Soobin

Beomgyu tried to lessen the tension from the atmosphere around them by being a playful youngest who loves to tease his hyungs by dropping the honorifics. It's the only thing he can think of. To tease his hyungs and forget that one of them is ignoring someone. Soobin stopped chasing Beomgyu after he saw Yeonjun with a serious face. He then went back to their office and continued his work. Beomgyu helped Yeonjun with some boxes at the basement since the older got bored from watching movies at the living room. As for Yeji, well... She's still at the bay window of her room.

"Yeonjun hyung, until when will you ignore Soobin?" -Yeonjun

"So you drop the honorifics secretly?" -Yeonjun

"Yeah but... That's not the point. So until when?" -Beomgyu

*Sigh*"Idk..." -Yeonjun

"Well you better tell him why you're ignoring him. He's getting more suspicious." -Beomgyu

The two just fixed some boxes for hours and finally, they're done. Yeonjun then realized something.

'If Beomgyu drops the honorifics when Soobin isn't around then...' -Yeonjun

"Beomgyu, do you secretly call me by my name when I'm not around?" -Yeonjun

"What do you mean?" -Beomgyu

"Ahah! You secretly drop the honorifics when I'm not around as well don't you?" -Yeonjun

"Hehe..." -Beomgyu

"You little..." -Yeonjun

Yeonjun started chasing Beomgyu after his realization. As they reached the living room, Yeonjun went back to being serious after seeing Soobin eating ice cream at the dining table.

'What a cheater.' -Beomgyu

*Ehem*"You didn't see anything." -Yeonjun

Beomgyu and Soobin went back to their office leaving Yeonjun behind. Yeji then finally went outside of her room. This caused Yeonjun to change his expression from a serious look to a concerned one.

"Are you still hurt Yeji?" -Yeonjun

"A bit." -Yeji

"I see." -Yeonjun

Yeji just took some chocolates from the fridge and went back to her room. This time, she locked the door. She really wants to be alone for the whole day. Same goes to Yeonjun and Soobin. The older avoided the younger for the whole day.
