Chapter 22: Know

~Beomgyu's P.O.V~

It's morning and I woke up from my alarm clock. I went outside my room and saw Yeji. (I secretly drop the honorifics). I've noticed she wakes up earlier than us. Before we ate breakfast, we waited for Yeonjun and Soobin. Once they woke up, we started eating. It was pretty quiet, maybe because we were hungry so no one dared to talk. I noticed that Yeji is always staring at Soobin who's on his phone.

*Whisper*"Yeonjun hyung, look at Yeji noona."

"Why?" -Yeonjun

*Whisper*"She's been staring at Soobin hyung lately. Didn't you notice?"

"I noticed." -Yeonjun

*Whisper*"Then why aren't you doing anything?"

"Just eat your food Beom." -Yeonjun

*Sigh*

We went back to work after eating our breakfast. Yeji always turn red when she's with Soobin. What's happening? Oh pls don't tell me my suspicions are correct.

"Yeonjun hyung, can I talk to you privately?"

"Sure." -Yeonjun

We went to his room and locked the door. I started asking him a question. I just want to make sure. I mean, Yeonjun's heart was broken into half when the real Yeji left. I don't want his remaining heart to die out too.

"Hyung, now that we're alone, can you pls be honest with me. Why do you wanna heal your broken heart by creating an AI robot that looks exactly like Yeji noona?" -Beomgyu

*Sigh*"After Yeji left, I was so broken, you know that." -Yeonjun

"Yeah I know hyung."

"We were on our last year in college when our teacher said he would love to see me create a robotic machine to help human life. I then had the idea of creating an AI robot." -Yeonjun

"But why did you clone noona?" -Beomgyu

"I thought making a replica of her will help me heal. Everytime I see her, I thought I could heal easily, even if she's just a copy. Thinking she can complete my other half." *sniffle* -Yeonjun

"Hyung, this is wrong. People might think she has a twin. Well, except her twin brother. Did you talk to him yet?"

"I told him we'll talk next week." -Yeonjun

"That's good. Ahh hyung, there's something I wanna tell you. Pls don't get mad or anything but..."

"But?" -Yeonjun

"I think Yeji noona likes Soobin hyung."

"What?" -Yeonjun

"I mean, since noona learned how to feel, she's been, Idk... Falling in-love with him?"

"How can you be so sure?" -Yeonjun

"Haven't you noticed? She's always staring at Soobin hyung, even earlier when we ate breakfast!"

"I'll keep an eye on her then." -Yeonjun

I really felt pity for him. After the talk, we went out of the room and saw Yeji and Soobin really close. They didn't even notice that we're here. Yeonjun looks like he's jealous.

"I told my students that I'll bring you to school so that they can meet you. Is that ok with you?" -Soobin

"I'll ask Yeonjun oppa's permission first." -Yeji

We walked passed them and went to our places. Looks like it worked. They noticed us.

"Yeonjun oppa..." -Yeji

"I noticed you're calling me oppa now..." -Yeonjun

"Yeah! *Giggle* Btw, may I come with Soobin to school next week?" -Yeji

"Why?" -Yeonjun

"I told my students about her and they want to meet her." -Soobin

Yeonjun looked at me with his face asking for help if he should let Yeji go to school with Soobin. I froze since I didn't know what to do. He sighed and nodded at me understanding my situation being hesitant.

"Fine, I'll let her come with you if..." -Yeonjun

"If?" -Yeji and Soobin

"Beomgyu will also come." -Yeonjun

'What?! I didn't sign up for this!'

"Hyu-"

"Great!" -Soobin

*Face palm*

After that, we focused on our works. I can see Yeonjun always looking at Soobin and Yeji's direction. He's really jealous. *Smirk*
