~Third Person's P.O.V~ (Year 3019)
It's been years after Yeonjun's surgery. But no, not SOME years but a lot! It's been one thousand years since his successful surgery. And let me tell you something, Yeonjun and Yeji have lived for that long. Beomgyu's idea to prolong life came true in this story. They've seen what happened to human life.
The advancement of technology, and the many descendants of their dead friends. It would be a great idea to live for another thousand years, but they decided to stop. Right now, Yeonjun and Yeji are lying at a bed. In the new building they've been living at. Waiting for their doctors and nurses to come. Also, they actually didn't age. Yup! No white hairs whatsoever. And of course, no wrinkles.
"Where are they?" -Yeonjun
"Just wait a little more." -Yeji
"Yah! Choi Yongsun! Where did you hide it???" -Sunho
"I promise you Sunho, I didn't hide it!" -Yongsun
"Where's your honorifics???" -Sunho
Choi Sunho, a descendant of Choi Soobin and Choi Lia. A nurse just like Jisu. And Choi Yongsun, a descendant of Choi Beomgyu and Shin Ryujin who's also a nurse like her. Just like how Soobin and Beomgyu interact, they're just like their ancestors.
"Calm down boys, where are the girls?" -Yeji
"They're on their way noona." -Sunho
Even if Yeji is that old, she still wants them to call her noona or unnie. Same goes to Yeonjun.
"Sorry we're late. We searched for Sungkyung's plushie." -Kyungmi
"Yah! Kang Kyungmi, it's your fault why it got lost." -Sungkyung
"Whatever Huening Sungkyung." -Kyungmi
Kang Kyungmi, a descendant of Kang Taehyun and Lee Chaeryeong. Pretty savage like her ancestors. And Huening Sungkyung, a descendant of Huening Kai and Shin Yuna. Very soft like her ancestors as well. Both are doctors and scientists. Again, like their ancestors.
"Let's start!" -Yongsun
All four of them prepared themselves. You might be wondering where Yeonjun and Yeji's child is. Unfortunately, Yeji couldn't bear an offspring, so they decided to adopt instead. The problem is, their great great great.... Great (1000x) grandchild passed away due to an illness. This gave them the thought that they've been living for a thousand years, and had seen the deaths of their loved ones. It might sound unfair that their the only ones who got the chance to live this long.
"Are you guys ready?" -Sungkyung
"Can we have a last talk pls?" -Yeji
"Sure!" -Sungkyung
The four descendants left the room leaving Yeji with Yeonjun behind still lying on the bed. She's kinda hesitant with what they're about to do. And Yeonjun knows that.
"Babe..." -Yeonjun
"Oppa, I'm scared." -Yeji
"Don't worry Yeji, it'll be fine. Just hold my hand." -Yeonjun
"Babe, I'll miss you." -Yeji
"I'll miss you too. Remember, even if we're gone, our love will still last forever." -Yeonjun
*Sniffle*"A-alright." -Yeji
After that final and heart to heart talk they had, the doctors and nurses came back in. The two will miss them a lot. They're still wondering how on earth did they got their ancestors' characteristics. Well nobody knows.
"If you guys are ready then I'm ready." -Yongsun
"Hi ready, I'm Kyungmi." -Kyungmi
"Yah!" -Yongsun
"Hahaha!" -Sunho and Sungkyung
'Descendants of TaeGyu.' *smiling* -Yeonjun
"Are you sure you're ready?" -Sunho
"Yes." -Yeonjun and Yeji
"We'll really miss you guys." -Sungkyung
"Us too." -Yeonjun
They went to their stations and started doing their job. You probably already have a clue since earlier, it's time for them to shut down permanently. In human term, pass away. Remember? They're robots. Well Yeonjun is half robot but yeah... And don't worry, in their year for robots, they're doing it legally. The couple held hands for the last time while they're still breathing and alive. Slowly, they can feel that their breathing is about to stop anytime soon.
'We'll be with you old friends... In the graveyard.' -Yeji
"Any signs on their heartbeat?" -Kyungmi
"Yeji noona's heartbeat is beating slowly." -Sunho

Yeonjun heard his lady breathing out her last breath. He slowly turned to her and saw her eyes closed. It's time for him to do the same.
'I love you Yeji.' -Yeonjun
He also felt like his heart was about to stop beating. He's having a hard time breathing but he let it happen. Just like Yeji, he closed his eyes, exhaling his very last breath.

After what happened, the computers showed a flatline. Showing that there is no more sign of life between the two. All four medical people looked closely. Seeing their friends pass away broke their heart. But it's their wish and they just granted it.
