Chapter 49: Check Up - Yeonjun

~Yeonjun's P.O.V~

We left the two girls and went inside another room for my check up. I wasn't really feeling well for the past few days. I thought it's just temporary but it gotten a bit worse. That's why Soobin and Beomgyu advised me to see a doctor. Yeji as well after she scanned me yesterday.

"Sit down here hyung." -Hyunjin

I sat at a chair while Hyunjin was taking something from a drawer. Looks like a record book. He also took the blood he draw out from my vein before. I forgot to mention that I went here yesterday.

"So did you do fasting for twelve hours?" -Hyunjin

"Yes I did."

"Good. I already did some blood test since yesterday but I still have to check you today." -Hyunjin

Hyunjin took his stethoscope and placed it against my chest. He's just doing the job of what a doctor does. After that, he took his record book and asked me some questions.

"What do you recently feel hyung?" -Hyunjin

"I felt tightness on my chest. I thought it was just a gut feeling but I noticed that I was also sweating at the same time."

"Do you have any family histories of any sickness?" -Hyunjin

"Well my grandfather died from a heart attack and my auntie died from high blood pressure."

"I see..." -Hyunjin

While saying those words, I felt like something bad is about to happen to me. Am I getting sick or something? I hope not. I still wanna live. I wanna live healthy. Like a normal person would. It gave me chills while thinking these things. I'm not ready on what's about to happen.

"I'll just get the results of your blood test." -Hyunjin

*Nod*

Hyunjin left for a while as I looked around. I still can't believe this guy is really a doctor. I still remember him and the real Yeji would always complain to me how hard medical science was than science technology. But he graduated and got his dream job. I wonder how Yeji is doing at the other room. While Hyunjin was gone, the tight feeling came back and I'm sweating again. It really hurts.

"AHH!"

*Creak*"Hyung!" -Hyunjin

"AHH!!"

Hyunjin helped me while I was suffering from the pain. After it was gone, I knew my condition is very serious. The guy had a mix of sad and scared emotions on his eyes. Before he spoke, he let me calm down first.

"Just tell me already Hyunjin."

"No hyung, not yet." -Hyunjin

We waited for minutes until I'm really calmed down. I stopped sweating and dried it off using my hanky. I took a glance at Hyunjin and saw his fingers shaking. His eyes, this time, were in fear. I sit up straight, ready to hear my condition.

"H-hyung..." -Hyunjin

"What is it? Is it serious??"

"Y-yes hyung. I-it's..." -Hyunjin

"What??"

"You have heart disease." -Hyunjin
