"I know this is sudden but we have a new transfer student" our class adviser stated that made my classmate get hyped. Matagal-tagal narin kasi nagkaroon ng bagong studyante ang klase namin kaya hindi ko rin sila masisi.

Sinenyasan ni prof na pumasok yung tinutukoy niyang transfer student.

It's a girl so every man in our class secretly celebrated except me.

"Echo Zoie Sabina" sabi niya ng pangalan niya. Naghahantay pa yung mga kaklase ko sa sasabihin niyang iba pero minuto na ang lumipas ay wala parin. She totally destroyed the atmosphere.

"Pwede kang umupo sa lahat ng bakanteng upuan pwera lang doon sa fourth row last seat" she nodded at pinili yung dulo na puwesto sa first row at... katabi ko.

As I looked at her unamused, can't help but to admit that she's pretty good looking. Dunno if that greyish color of her hair is natural since hindi naman kasama sa rules ang bawal magkulay ng buhok kaya halos lahat ng studyante dito ay mga nakadyed ang buhok.

Those dead eyes of her fits perfect. The next thing i knew is both of us are staring at each other.

"Oh, sorry" i must have offended her at some point or what. Mabuti na ang cautious dahil iba't ibang mood at ugali ng babae.

"I don't really get it but okay"

This must be the worst first impression i ever have in my life.

"Bleak Jules, nice to meet you"

It's already breaktime and i think she's getting along with our classmates. 12 lang naman kami sa klase kasama na siya doon, ito ang pinakalast at napupunta ang mga problem children at mabababa ang grado. I'm not one of the problematic children but those who are grades are below low.

I may look smart but i'm really not. Kalmado lang talaga ako at medyo gwapo pero ang gusto ko talaga ay maging matalino ako. But it was hard. So damn hard. Kaya sinukuan ko narin yun and choose to be just myself.

I mean, i don't need to force something i know i'm not capable of, right?

Lumabas na kaming lahat sa classroom para pumuntang cafeteria at mamili ng pagkain. Echo seemed to like being lonely since she declined all the invitations she got from my classmates na sabay silang magrecess.

She's currently walking in front me and something caught my eye. I didin't notice at first that she's wearing an earring pero isa lang at sa kaliwa.

I wonder why, i feel like i've seen that earring before...

She suddenly stopped walking and so am i. May nakaharang sa kanya na mga babaeng ka year namin pero mga nasa section D na kung saan nandodoon yung mga nakakainis at bully na mga studyante.

Ang ganda naman ng pasok ng first day niya.

"You're blocking our way, move it" nakangising sabi sa kanya nung babaeng nasa gitna na si Jelise nung dalawang kaibigan niya sa kagaguhan na sina Perry at Fon.

Ang madalas nilang target ay transfer student.

"Ah, sure" sagot naman ni Echo na tumabi pa nga talaga na kung saan kasya silang tatlo. Nabigla sila pati ako dahil mga matataas ang pride at matatapang ang babae dito. They won't allow get treated like that so most likely they will fight back, but on the other hand, Echo...

"What the fuck was that answer?" Inis na sabi ni Jelise at naglakad papalapit kay Echo saka kinuwelyuhan siya.

This situation is getting bad. I should help her, yeah.
