A/N: I divided the last chapter into 2 because I realized that it's too long :( I'm sorry for the long chapters :(

Good thing Mark still continued our plan the next day; Jennie and Krystal talked privately at the gym during lunch break. Taehyung, Jimin, and I were waiting outside the gym when Krystal unnie walked out angrily. Jennie said Krystal was about to slap her but she was already anticipating it so she successfully held her wrist before the senior hit her. Nevertheless, Jennie finally gained her confidence back even with the private confrontation.

It was dismissal time when Mark went ahead and talked to me. Jimin and Jennie already went out because Jennie also agreed to talk with Kai in their classroom. Taehyung was left waiting for me just by the door.

"Jisoo, are you okay already? Did you tell your parents about it?" Mark asked me in a whispered tone so Taehyung wouldn't hear.

"I'm alright now, Mark. No need to bring it up again." I tried dismissing him because I could feel Taehyung staring at us even when I'm not facing him.

"But yesterday, you looked really shaken." Mark insisted.

"I really appreciate the concern, Mark, but please, let it go. I'm not bothered anymore. I'm sure the man won't -"

"Jisoo, you have a stalker." My eyes widened at his reply. Mark mentioning it again made me feel shaken at the thought of a man really stalking me.

Mark tried reaching out for my hand again like what he did yesterday but someone tapped his hand then held mine. "Jisoo and I have to go now, Tuan." Taehyung took my bag with him and pulled me outside the room. Mr. Ko was already waiting for him at the parking lot but my brothers were still weren't around. "What did Tuan say?"

I sighed. I shouldn't lie to my best friend, should I? "I was with Tuan yesterday. We made the plan for Jennie. Then he walked me home since we're in the same neighborhood."

"But why does it look like he's already touchy feely with you?" Taehyung scowled just by the thought.

"He's just like that." I replied.

"What do you mean? I never saw him being close with other girls." he said, "But more importantly, you kept a secret from me. Whatever happened to no secrets between best friends?"

"I'm sorry. It's just that.."

"You don't trust me, do you?" He asked. "You think Tuan can help you more because I said I'm not good with talking to girls."

"No, that's not it, Taehyung. I just thought Mark's the easiest one to talk to about Kai because he's his friend."

Taehyung clicked his tongue, an action he does when he's annoyed.

"Noona!" Soobin called from afar. The moment I saw him, he dashed to our direction and stopped when he was beside me. "Hyung said he's staying with Hoseok hyung tonight because of some project so it's just us now."

"Oh, Soobin! "Jennie arrived without Jimin, maybe he's already in their car with Rosie. "Where's Namjoon?"

"He's not coming with us today, noona."

"Really? Then hop in. Mr. Ko can drive you to your house." Jennie suggested before getting inside their car's passenger seat.

Taehyung didn't talk to me the whole car ride, he didn't even say goodbye to me when we arrived outside our house.

And if I thought that was the worst that could happen today, I was proven wrong.

It rained after that. I was inside my room, trying to do my homework when the familiar sound of the thunder echoed outside my window. Soon enough, the lights in our house went out.
