The day was quiet for being in the hospital. Bruno and I caught up on our rest and about 6pm his family stopped by to visit. Diane also popped in for few minutes to tell me our boss from Colorado would be here tomorrow afternoon. I rolled my eyes and sighed "great". "I'll let you visit with your company. Just give me a call later tonight." Diane said as she turned to exit the room. "No wait, hey stay for a while and have dinner with us. I'm going to go pick up some food here in a bit. I just wanted to make sure Laura could eat." Said Presley as she stopped Diane in the doorway. "Um...uh...I really don't want to impose." "Not at all just hang out, or you can go with me and my sister to pick up the food. We'd love to get to know you." Presley said as she turned to grab her keys. Presley, Tahiti, and Diane left. Eric asked Bruno to go with him to get some much needed fresh air and Jaime stepped out to make a phone call. Tiara stuck around and once everyone was out of the room she sat close to me, "I'm so sorry this happened. I'm so sorry I jumped to conclusions and you will never know how awful I feel about that night at your apartment. She was my best friend and the more I think about everything that has happened the more I see how she was involved in everything. She had to have something to do with Bruno's car accident...I mean shit they can't find his car but someone dropped him off in the ER and then shes here with him without a scrape...fuck!"
"Tiara whatever happened happened for a reason. Someone was behind it all and I know it had to be her. I'm mad about it but I'm thankful Bruno is alive and only has a broken arm. I hope that bitch stays locked up for a long time because your brother doesnt need that in his life." I said. She hugged me as a tear escaped and whispered, "I'd rather lose my best friend than my baby brother. Take good care of him."
We enjoyed dinner and laughs even though it killed me to laugh. At 8pm a voice came over the hospital speakers announcing that visiting hours were over. The girls packed up all their stuff and Eric and Bruno continued their deep conversation about a song they were working on. Bruno was eager to get back into the studio and I didn't want to be the reason he couldn't get back in there. "Bruno...why dont you go work on that song tomorrow? I'll be okay here, besides my boss is going to be here to discuss work stuff. Take a break from all this craziness and do what you love." I said as I smiled at him. "Yeah bruh come on. Escape to your favorite place for a while. I'll pick you up at 10 am" Eric said as he excitedly hopped around. "You sure babe?" He questioned. "Absolutely. " I replied.
That night Bruno stayed up scribbling away in a note book. "What are you writing over there Mr. Mars?" I asked as I tried to turn over in bed.

"Wow thats deep" I said as I had goosebumps form all over my body.
"You like it?" He questioned with a smile.
"Yeah. I bet it's going to sound amazing when you get the band together and some beats going. It gonna be hit baby!" I replied.
Shortly after he prepared his rollaway bed right next to my hospital bed and we held hands as we both dozed off.
