Chapter 2 - Crushing hard

Master Frown's POV

I hid in Unikitty's garden so that I won't see her and she won't see me.
"Oh what a beautiful daaay!" She said, coming outside. She really has an amazing voice. I heard some twinkling and rolled out of the garden, just in time as the huge sparkle matter fell on the flowers. I heaved a sigh and wiped my sweat.
"Master Frown?" Unikitty asked. Oh no. Unikitty! I forgot that she was out here.
"Unikitty!" I said, smiling sheepishly " What are you doing here?"
"I live here?" She said" Is that sparkle matter yours?"
"No" I said, smiling awkwardly.
"What are you doing here Master Frown?" She asked " Are you destroying my flowers again?"
"No, no of course not" I said" You see, I have this disease and I came for Dr Fox to do a check up on me"
"Awwn, I hope you feel better soon" She said and kissed me on the cheek and hugged me.
I felt like I was flying and a pink heart formed above us. I pushed her away and the heart crushed me instead.
"Ouch"I said
"Wait, is this the disease?" Unikitty asked
"Yup" I replied
"Master Frown, you don't have a disease, silly" She said " You have a crush and unless you tell your crush that you have a crush on her, you will keep being crushed until you are crushed out of existence"
I want to tell you, Unikitty but I'm afraid. I'll just have to bear it.
"I'm Master Frown, I don't get silly things such as crushes, now if you'll excuse me, I have misery to spread"
"Okay I'm off to do my nice princess duties" She said" Byeeee!"
She floated away. Another pink heart formed but I dodged it and it crushed Unikitty's flowers again.
I walked away from her garden and went back to Frown Town.

Unikitty's POV
Master Frown was acting really weird. And he looked really cute then. I wonder who his crush is. She must be really depressing. I wonder if Master Frown would like me if I acted depressing.

" Princess unikitty?" I heard Fifi say
"Yes, Fifi?" I replied
"I'm almost done with your dress for the masquerade ball" She said "I just need to know if you want the wings sparkly or non sparkly?"

"Uh, sparkly" I said"I hope you are coming"
"Of course" Fifi said and left.
If I want master frown to like me, I should act mean. But my heart won't let me do that so I'll just have to wear black all the time and hope that he likes it.

Master Frown's POV

I got home and met Brock watching the news.
"Oh hey dude" he said
"Hey" I said,
"Your crush is on the news" he said
" Unikitty is not my crush !" I yelled, hoping he'd believe " I don't even have a crush"
"Who said anything about Unikitty?" Brock said, smiling, then he faced the TV.
"Whatever" I said, going red " Who's on the news?"
"Unikitty" Brock said" she's inviting us to her masquerade party, this weekend and she even sent you a special invitation"
A big heart formed again and crushed me.
" Dude, your crush is getting worse" Brock said, rolling the heart off me " You should tell Unikitty how you feel about her"
" I told you that I don't have a crush on Unikitty" I said, rushing upstairs. I can't keep dodging these feelings. But Unikitty won't like me. That's what I am scared of.

Brock's POV

"Guys, Master Frown's crush's getting worse" I told Unikitty's friends "He's like half my size now and he still isn't admitting that he has a crush. Or maybe his normal size was half my size. The point is, we have to do something to help him"
"Well maybe we can trick Master Frown into admitting that he has a crush" Dr Fox said
" How are we going to do that?" I asked.
"We all went closer to Dr Fox and she whispered it in our ears.
"Lets hope that it works" I said
