Chapter 8

NOTE:
Guys I'm changing and have changed Fletcher, ( Lara's ex ) into a boy called Isaac, because I need Fletcher for another character you'll soon meet.... So ignore the cast member thing at the end because I dont bother to change it but maybe I will later on. If you don't know what I'm talking about then nvm it's not really important!

I wake up, my eyes still needing to focus, and again, no jumping Ethan😂-omg what? THERE IS A JUMPING ETHAN!

"Wake up wake up wake up!!!!"

"Eth! Go away!" Now this seems familiar...

"BUT ITS THE AUDITIONS TODAY!!" Omg I forgot!!

"Ow!" He said. Whoops! " oh sorry!" I said to him, hanging my head off the bed.

Anyway I got up and we both ran down the stairs. It was 9:15am, and the auditions start at 11:30 so we have a while. We decided to practice our songs some more because we were REALLY nervous.

Oh yeah Chris is also auditioning too! I've never heard his voice before...well he is perfect, so I mean then I guess his singing would be perfect?

Me and Ethan sang infront of each other, cause that's what we normally do when we practice, so the other person could correct stuff and all.

So first Ethan went. He started to sing his song, Give me love by Ed Sheeran. I'm singing Thinking out loud also by Ed Sheeran because we both love him so much!

"Give me love, like her..
Cause lately I've been waking up alone
Paint splatted teardrops on my shirt
Told you I'd let them go..."

So after he finished the song, I told him some corrections and stuff.
"Hmm that's was really good..but maybe hold some of the words a bit longer"

"Ok" so he sang once more, then it was my turn.

"When your legs don't work like they use to before
And I can't sweep you off of your feet
Will your mouth still remember the taste of my love
And will your eyes still smile from your cheeks."

I kept on singing until I reached the end, we had to take some lines out because the song for the audition had a limited time.

"Yeah that was really good too, hmmm...don't breathe loudly into the microphone, it's not that obvious but that's the only thing I can think of" Ethan said. We had a microphone so it was easier to practice.

"Ok thanks" then, like Ethan did, I sang it again.

"You're way better than me! It's no fair!" Ethan pointed out.

"WHAT?! That's soo not true. Bro, have you heard your voice!"

"Uh yeah! And have you heard YOUR voice?" He argued.

"Yep and it can't beat yours and it never will!" I smiled.

"Good morning guys!" My mum said coming down the stairs. "You're up early!"

"Ok well mum, first of all, DUH ITS THE AUDITION TODAY AND WE NEED TO PRACTICE, and second of all, it's not even early mum! It's 9:50!" I said laughing at the end.

"It is? Oh whoops I woke up really late!"

"Mhm.." We both said.

"Ok then you need to get ready and change and stuff! Eeeee! I'm so excited!" My mum said.

I went up stairs followed by Ethan and I went to my room to get ready.
I already chose my dress, (A/N: I don't have to say what it looks like, I'm pretty sure u can use your own imagination ) I straightened my hair once I was in the bathroom, and then I started to put on some makeup, because mum said this was a special occasion so I should put more than I normally do.
