Prompt/summary: Reggie and reader are in a secret relationship. This is the four times they almost got caught and the one time they were.

The first time that they almost got caught was 2 weeks after they had just started dating.

They were at the phase in the relationship where they couldn't keep their hands off each other. After band practice they decided to sneak outside to get some time together before they had to go home. But as they held each other in their arms they didn't pay attention to the fact that their band could walk out at any moment. The moment they heard the garage door open back up they jumped apart from their embrace, pretending they were just standing outside waiting for the band to join them. Their lips swollen and hair slightly disheveled.

"You guys look like you've just seen a ghost," Luke laughed.

"No you guys just scared us," (Y/n) said.

After that scare the two tried to be more careful. Not showing affection except if they were in complete privacy. It was hard to manage at first but as time went on and they found the best times to sneak off things got easier for the couple. Phone calls were exchanged every night before bed when parents were asleep. Hugs were common around people, and they did their best to pass it off as platonic.

"I love you," they would whisper.

Love notes became common. Shoved in lockers, instrument cases, bags, even in each others pockets if they could sneak it in. It started to become a game to see how long it would take for the rest of the band to notice, but the thought of that actually being revealed was scary.

"What's that?" Luke asked the girl one day. Her face turned red as she shoved the piece of paper into her backpack.

"Nothing," she said quickly.

"Ooooooh, does little (Y/n) have an admirer?"

(Y/n)'s lips pressed tightly together and she slung her bag over her shoulder to quickly walk away.

Impromptu parties were common. Sometimes the boys would just randomly show up at their friends houses and ask to hang out. How could someone say no to such pretty faces?

"Babe!" Reggie yelled from your bathroom, "You're out of toilet paper!"

"Alright I'll go grab some-" Just as she turned the doorbell rang downstairs. The two looked at each other with wide eyes and scrambled to put on more appropriate clothes.

"Shit it's probably my parents," the girl said. Reggie threw his shirt on, and threw (Y/n) a pair of jeans to slide on in place of the shorts she was wearing.

She scrambled downstairs and Reggie ran into the kitchen to pretend to be making food. For all her parents knew they were just friends.

She was surprised when she opened the door and saw her best friends standing there with bags of snacks and a rented movie.

"(Y/n)!" they cheered.

"We tried to find Reggie but we couldn't so we just came over," Luke said as they walked inside.

"Oh," Luke said when he looked into the kitchen, "He's already here Luke."

"What?" Luke said, looking to you for an explanation.
