~3RD Person's POV~
Students and teacher started arriving at the Black lake for the 2ND tasks of the Triwizard Tournament, Neville hands Harry the Gillyweed which will allow him to breathe underwater for an hour.
"You're sure about this Neville?" Harry asked Neville while walking to the boats
"Absolutely" Neville answered
"For an hour" said Harry, who is beginning to get nervous and tense
"Most likely" Neville said back which made Harry look at him
"Most likely?" Harry asked
"Well there is some debate among herbologists as to the effects of freshwater versus saltwater" Neville explained and Harry gave him a look
"You're telling me this now?" Harry asked, "You must be joking" he continued as his nervousness grew bigger and bigger
"I just wanted to help" said Neville
"Well that makes you sight better than Ron and Hermione. Where are they anyway?" Harry looked around as they got in the boat that goes to the middle of the lake where the tournament is going to be held at.
"You seem a little tense Harry" said Neville as he noticed how tense Harry is
"Do I?" Harry sarcastically said
"Welcome to the second task." Dumbledore said over a loudspeaker, "Last night something was stolen from each of our champions. A treasure of sorts. These four treasures, one for each champion, now lie on the bottom of the black lake. In order to win each champion need only find their treasure and return to the surface. Simple enough. Except for this, they will have one hour to do so and one hour only. After that they'll be on their own." Dumbledore explained.
Cedric's eyes roamed around to find Agape but he didn't find her, instead he found Cho who gave him a warm smile and mouthed a goodluck, Oliver arrived with Rose who is still angry to him for what have happened in the last few days.
"Put that in your mouth" Mad-Eye Moody said to Harry, Harry puts the gillyweed in his mouth and starts choking on it.
"You may begin at the start of the canon" Dumbledore said and the cannon fires and the champions enters the water, Fleur, Viktor and Cedric dove in to the water while Harry is pushed by Professor Mad-Eye Moody. Underwater the effects of the gillyweed took hold, Harry's hands and feet become webbed and he could now breathe underwater.
"What's the matter with him?" Seamus asked
"I don't know I can't see him" said Dean while he was scanning the water
"Oh my god! I've killed Harry Potter!" Neville said as he held his head in nervousness but Harry flies into the air like a dolphin and the crowd cheered for him.
Meanwhile, Cedric swims among the fish and rocks. Singing voices started echoing, he used the Bubble-Head Charm like Fleur Delacour while Viktor Krum used a partial Transfiguration spell. Unfortunately, Fleur failed to finish the task for she was attacked by a group of grindylows and was forced to return back to the dry surface
"The Beauxbatons champion Miss Delacour has unfortunately been forced to retire. She will take no further part in this task." Dumbledore announced and the ladies of the Beauxbatons felt disappointed
After so many minutes of swimming, Cedric finally found Ron, Hermione, Agape Godfrey and the blonde girl from Beauxbatons, Gabriella, who is Fleur's sister tied in place by their ankles, He takes out his wand to get the rope out of Agape's feet and they both went to the surface of the water.
Cedric and Agape emerged to the water and the crowd cheers and they were followed by Hermione Granger and Viktor Krum who is still in his shark form but eventually transformed into normal.
~Agape Godfrey~
Cedric and I emerged from the water of the Black lake and the crowd cheered as we got off the water and into the deck, "AGAPE!" I heard Oliver shouted my name as I went up the water with Cedric, "You scared me!" he said and covered me with a towel, I was shivering because it's BLOODY WINTER so the weather and the water is cold as hell, Cedric soothes my back as I cough and cough.
"Congrats Cedric" I congratulated Cedric when I finally stopped coughing and started drying myself, completely ignoring Oliver who was just beside me
The clock rang, indication it was already an hour and Ron and Fleur's sister comes up, and they were coughing but safe. They were helped out of the water by Fleur who is so concern about her sister. Our gazes flew from Ron and Gabriella to the now Flying Harry who used the Ascendio Spell to get out of the water, he flew out of the water and lands on the deck where the crowd are.
"Harry!" Dumbledore shouted as Harry coughs
"Get him another towel!" Mr. Barty Crouch said
"I want all the judges over here now!" Dumbledore shouted, meanwhile Fleur went to Harry to thank him
"You saved her, even though she wasn't yours to save, my little sister!" Fleur said, "Thank you!" She thanked Harry and kissed him in both cheeks, "And you! You helped" she said while looking at Ron
"Well, yeah...a bit" Ron said and Fleur walked near him and kissed both of his cheeks too which made him stiff as hell, "Merci..." said Ron as he held his cheeks
"Attention!" Dumbledore shouted but the crowd didn't heard it "Attention!" Dumbledore shouted in over a loudspeaker which caught our attention, I covered my ear for we are so nearby Dumbledore and it was so loud , "The winner is...Mr. Diggory!" he announced and we all cheered and he hugged me in joy
"Congrats Ced" I whispered to his ear and he just smiled at me
"For showing unique command of the bubblehead charm" Dumbledore continued, "The way I see it, Mr. Potter would have finished first had it not been for his determination to rescue not only Mr. Weasley but the others as well. We've agreed to award him second place!" Dumbledore announced and the crowd from the Durmstrang booed, "for outstanding moral fiber." Dumbledore continued
We got off the boat and was finally back in the hard ground, "All that moral fiber eh?" said Fred
"Blimey even when you go wrong it turns out right." Said Ron who just got out of their boat
"Well done 'moral fiber'" George joked
"I'm just going to get change and we can head to Hogsmeade to celebrate" I told Rose who smiled at me and even accompanied me to our Common Room but she stayed outside because she wasn't allowed inside.
"Congratulation again for winning the second tasks Cedric" I said as we were alone in the common room
"Thank you, you should go change now, you might get sick" Cedric said and we both got into our dorms to change.

A/N: Two updates in a day??? who the bloody hell am i?! Anyways Oliver is #ignored and only had 2 scenes in this chapter but my boy will take his place next chapter!!!
