"Momma told me, "Before you leave,
If there's only one thing you remember from me",
Child, when you're out on your own,
A million miles from home,
Feeling the weight of the world
On your shoulders.
Child, don't forget who you are,
Don't lose your head or your heart.
I'll bet my life on your stars,
You'll be dancing,
Dancing on the moon."

We had a successful Biology practical exam yesterday. We were almost worried when we started the exam and didn't see Aunt Tilly, our Biology teacher in the lab. We were halfway through the exam when Brother Blessing joined us. He said he was the teacher who'd represent Aunt Tilly for that day.

After the exam and we asked why Aunt Tilly didn't show up, he told us she put to bed on Thursday and was still in the hospital that morning. We were so happy for her. Lydia, Jetemi and I planned to set a day to go visit her at home before our actual exams start.

All of us waited in school till 4pm because of the meeting the proprietor had with our parents about the boarding house system. After the meeting, we all went to our parents to ask about the outcome. My dad said he was convinced but still didn't want me to go. I had to persuade him in the car till we got home before he finally agreed. So, I should be resuming probably in a week's time.

Our school bus pulled up in the premises of Great Expectations. I could see their field already. It was quite large. No wonder they chose the school for the competition. A lot of other buses from other schools were parked around too. As our driver parked the car, Master Akintunde opened the door and everyone of them came down. Lilian and I were the last to come down. Dami was with Demmie and the other guys. James was to run the second leg, while Demmie came as one of the football team members.

Lilian pulled one handle of the first aid box while I assisted her by pulling the other handle. We carried the box and walked behind the guys. They've walked afar from us but we could see them anyway. Moreover, we cannot get lost. Great Expectations is Lillian's former school, before she transferred to The Empires' College after her J.S.S. 3.

"Lilian!" Someone called and we both turned to see who it was. Three girls ran up to her. Lilian and I dropped the first aid box as the girls hugged her immediately. One of the girls' faces looked awfully familiar but I couldn't tell where exactly I saw the face.

"Tomilade! Peace! Dunsin! Oh my God, how've you guys been?" Lilian shouted as they released themselves and they started talking and laughing.
