An Alpha Story

Chapter 15

"She is not leaving alpha." Mesalla challenged me.

"She is dangerous pup." Roman said finally. "She may be your mate,she may be my sister but she certainly can not be trusted. So stop the immature act and pull your tale in."

Mesalla growled.

"Son in as much as this is important to you. To us all. She is the enemy and you must let her go." Joseph said now seeing how stubborn his son was being.

"Father remember when you told me I would understand?" Mesalla asked.

Joseph nodded.

"Well now is the time because I do understand."

Restrain him please I asked Roman in my mind because I knew no one else would be able to pull it off probably other than me.
With pleaseure He responded.

Within a second Roman was standing behind Mes holding his hands together at his back. Mesalla growled,his wolf was at bay. That didn't worry me because Roman's wolf would be way bigger and stronger than his.

"Let me go." He said angrily.

Ignoring him, I gave orders to the present pack members.

"Take them to the cells." They nodded at my words. Surprisingly, the two guests did not flinch or fight it. All they did,was follow orders. This made me glad. Or suspicious.

Mesalla tried to break free, Otis gladly stayed close just in case he tried to break free from Roman. To my surprise also, he didn't turn to his wolf. He just stayed there fighting himself with his words.

Alpha win,beta lose. Round one. Ding ding. Otis said in my mind obviously chuckling. I grinned looking down. What a douche.

When finally one of the guys told me the guests were restrained in the cells. Roman let Mesalla be about his business.

"Great job you handed me alpha." He said to me grinning widely.

I shook my head. Boys.

Roman and I silently walked to my house. When we got there I really didn't know how to break the silence. He did anyway.

"I'm sorry I left so quickly this morning. I had to be home for my father's arrival."

"That's fine. How is he?" I asked trying to make small talk.

"He is okay I guess. He looked worried though."

"Nali?"

"She apparently ordered the death of my mother. That's why he left."

I felt a shiver run down my spine.

"I' m sorry about you mom."

He nodded.

"Hungry?" I asked

"A little." He said.

"I will make something then."

The rest of the afternoon was a blur. I spent my time in my office looking over stuff. Roman went for a run,then came back to watch tv for a little while,less than an hour.

Then by the look on him when he came by my office told me he spent the last few minutes to shower and change.

"Hey." He said settling himself on the couch.

"Hey." I said looking at him for only a second.

"I have a proposition. One of my good friends happens to have the biggest pack in the country. 400 altogether If I am not mistaken. Seeing my friendship to him,I was thinking we should meet him and see what he thinks about we all joining our packs incase of an attack."
