-Kevin John's POV-

Pauwi na ako. Galing akong Hospital kasi kumuha ako ng mga gamot ng kapatid ko. Nasa isang kamay ko yung mga gamot nya at sa kabila ay yung favorite Cookies niya. Bumili na fin ako ng mga prutas at nag-grocery muna ako bago umuwi ng bahay. Nadaanan ko yung bahay nila Vienne at nagiwan ng letter sa gate nila. Tumungin ako sa bintana ng kwarto ni Vienne, nakabukas ang ilaw ibig sabihin nun, nakauwi na siya. At dumeretso na sa condominium namin ng kapatid ko. Binuksan ko ang gate at yung front door. Tumaas na ako at kinatok ko yung kwarto ni Joe. "Joe? Si Kuya 'to." At pumasok na ako.

"Bro. Eto na yung mga gamot mo." Inabot ko sa kanya.

"Welcome back. Thank you for these, kuya."

"No problem."

"Kuya, ca-- ma---I want to ask a favor from you."Kabadong tanong ni Joe.

"What is it?"

"Can we trade places tomorrow?"

"It's because of Vienne. Right?" I said in a sad tone. Tumango lang siya. Kaya ko 'to ginagawa kasi mahal ko yung kapatid ko. He's getting weaker each day. It pains me seeing my brother, so tired and sick. But still constantly pray for his healing. And I won't lose hope. Not yet. I know that he will live longer.

"Can you handle yourself? Or do you want me to guide you?"

"C'mon! Look, look I'm still alive and kickin'. I'm still strong you know!" He said holding his muscles.

"Okay okay. Have you eaten dinner yet?"

"Yes. You?"

"Yeah. I almost forgot. I brought your favorite. Chocolate Cookies! "

"Bro. You're the best! You know me too well."

"I'm your twin after all."

"Are you going to take over my place for the whole day?"

"Mhmm.. Whole day. "

"Noted. Oh. It's late. Let's go to sleep."

"Yeah."

Dumeretso na kami sa sarili naming kwarto. Binigyan kami ni Mom and Dad ng Condominium para sa aming dalawa.

Morning came. At bumangon na kaming dalawa. Ako yung magluluto ng pagkain naming dalawa. Pinabihis ko na si Joe para kakain nalang siya. Ako naman, pagkatapos ko magluto, naligo na ako.

Why the hell am I doing this? I know it is for my brother. He loved Vienne, and he still does. I don't know if Vienne loved him. Is it too late to tell Vienne what I feel for her? That would be impossible. She will not love me. She will love Joe. Not me, John. Joe is the sweet type of person. But I am the one she hates. I am a cold person when it comes to her. It is too late. The times when I gave Ellie flowers, it is actually for Vienne. Ellie just cooperated with my secret. She saw me with Joe. And knew the whole act-thingy. I can't betray my own brother.

(Flashback)

Naglalakad kami ni Joe papunta ng Bakery para bumili ng cookies. At nung nakapasok na kami sa bakery, may nakakita sa amin na di dapat..

"Kuya Kevin?" Nagtatakang tanong ni Ellie.

"Yes?" Sabay naming sabi ni Joe.

"Wait. Wait. Is this just me or are there 2 Kevin Montenegros right infront of me?"

"Uhh.. Ellie. No. There are two Kevins." Sabi ko.

"Kuya, sino siya?" Sabi ni Joe.

"Wait. I can't understand this." Sabi ni Ellie.

"Kambal kami. Sya si Kevin Joe. At ako si Kevin John. " Natigilan si Ellie sa kinatatayuan nya.

"So, all this time, may kakambal ka, kuya Ke-- John?"

"Yes.. but please! Don't let Vienne know about this. Please!" Sabi ko.

"Bro is just doing this for me. Because, I loved Vienne until now. I have Leukemia. And.. I'm too scared to show myself to her. It's just too late.." Sabi ni Jonh.

"Okay. I fully understand. "

"Thank you, Ellie."

(End of Flashback)

Bigla nalang may kumatok sa pinto.

"Kuya! Tagal mo naman diyan. You're going to guide me right? Bruuh!"

"Coming! Just wait for a second!" Lumabas na ako sa CR at nagbihis muna ako. Bumaba na ako sa Sala para samahan ang kapatid ko.

"Exited to see Vienne. Right?" Sabi ko.

"Yes, Kuya." Pumunta kami ng school pero nag-disguise ako as another student. Ayan na si Vienne at si Joe. Buti pa si Joe. Napapangiti nya si Vienne.

"Tulungan kita sa Homework mo. Okay lang ba yun?"

"Sure ka, Kevin?"

"Naman! Sa tingin mo ba, papabayaan kita?"

Naglakad ako palayo. Mahal ko si Charlie. Pero, she is destined with Joe. She loves Joe. Not me. But what will happen if... No. My brother's still strong. He can't lose to his illness too easily. Di ko namalayan na napunta na ako sa hallway na maraming tao.

"Ang cute naman niya."

"Wow. Such a cutie!"

"He looks awfully familiar to me, though."

May lumapit na babae sa akin. Tinanong nya kung anong pangalan ko. Pero tumakbo ako at may nadaanan akong Manong na nagbebenta ng ice cream.

"Iho. Ice cream oh. Mukhang may problema ka yata?"

"Manong.. salamat ho. Pero magbabayad po ako. At.. paano nyo po nalaman na may problema ho ako?"

"Nako wag na. Wag ka na magbayad. Halata sa iyong mukha na ika'y problemado."

"Ganun po ba? Manong, may tanong ho ako." Umupo ako sa tabi ni Manong.

"Ano iyon, iho?" Tumingin sa akin si Manong.

"Manong, ano po ang dapat gawin kapag mahal nyo na yung tao pero hindi naman ho pwede? Di ka pwede manligaw dahil may mahal siyang iba?"

"Kung mahal mo talaga sya, ipaglaban mo sya. Di pwede manligaw? Anak, Pagibig yan. Di napipigilan yan. Go lang, libre naman magmahal eh." Oo nga ano, tama si Manong.

"Salamat ho, Manong. Salamat din po sa libreng Ice cream."

"Walang anuman, Iho. Ganun talaga ako, nagbibigay ng ice cream sa mga taong nalulungkot. Magingat ka sa daan mo. Good luck!"

At.. Manliligaw si Kevin John Montenegro kay Janaley Vienne Reyes.
