Chapter Thirteen

Harper's POV

"Do I really have to skip class? Achooo-" I sneezed and stared at Ciana floating in front of me

This little magical girl just cast a spell in me and made me sick to excuse myself in class so that we could do our training. I told her to do it after the battle but she couldn't wait and said that we should train as soon as possible.

I sneezed again and wiped off my nose with a tissue. Kaninang umaga pa ako nakaupo sa higaan ko. My body is very heavy and tired. I could feel headaches and I've been sneezing for countless times already! And I want this to immediately end!

"Why do I need to be sick again?" Even my voice sounds weak!

"So that your friends could see that you're totally sick!" She shrugged her shoulders. I slowly nod at her.

"Now, go outside and show them that you're sick so I could take away the spell already because you look like dying"

"Im literally dying" I pulled the sheets of my bed and wrapped it around my body before heading outside of my room

"Harper!" I heard Jerra's voice calling me from the dinning area. I scratch the tip of my nose as I walk through the dinning area

"Harper-- Oh my god! You look hideous!!" Jerra almost let go of the plate she was holding after she saw me. Pati si Leila ay natigilan din. Agad naman sila lumapit sakin

"Are you okey? Your so hot!"

"I know" biro ko ngunit hindi nila pinansin ang sinabi ko

"And the color of you hair changed" napalingon ako kay Leila. Tinignan ko ang buhok ko at tama ang sinabi niya. The color of my hair changes to blonde.

I stared for it for a while. How did my hair change? I didn't do something to it?

"But, it looks good on you" sabi ni Jerra. Tinignan ko sila at hindi na pinansin ang kulay ng buhok ko. I haven't seen my face in front of the mirror ever since yesterday.

"Uhh, could you please tell the professors that I can't make it today?"

"Oo naman. We can do that. I think we should go to the clinic" Jerra attempted to drag me outside but I resisted

"No, I just need a rest and I'll be fine" angal ko

"You sure?" Tanong ni Leila na agad ko sinagot ng tango

"Uhmm, I-if you say so. But, let's eat first para naman medyo gumaan yung pakiramdam mo" marahan ako hinila ni Jerra at pinaupo sa upuan ko

"Good thing Leila cook soup"

Panay ang pagbahing ko habang kumakain. Sobrang bigat ng pakiramdam ko but I still managed to eat upang matapos na ito at para makabalik na ako sa kwarto ko

I want Ciana to take this spell immediately. Medyo nagtagal sina Leila at Jerra dahil marami silang binilin sakin lalo pa't mag isa lang daw ako dito without even sensing that this is just a spell casted in me.

Both of them are very attentive that's why Im surprised that they didn't notice the spell casted in me. Maybe Ciana knows about it that's why she casted another spell in me upang hindi nila malalaman.

"We'll try to skip training today so that we could go home early and take care of you, okey?"

"Wag na. I'll be fine, I promise" nginitian ko sila ngunit pag-aalala lamang ang sinukli nila sakin

"Are you really sure? Pwede namang hindi nalang kami pumasok-" pinutol ko ang pagsasalita ni Leila

"You don't have to worry about me, really! Now go! You're late already" tinulak ko silang dalawa palabas kahit nanghihina na ako
