Chapter Nineteen

Kate's POV

"What do we do now?" I asked Aizha.

"We find the riddles." Simpleng sagot niya. I was about to asked her how when a medium size flower rose under the ground.

Namangha ako sa ginawa niya. She has indeed the magic element Earth.

"Locate riddles." She uttered. Mas lalo ako namangha when the flower blooms and showed us a hologram of the whole forest. It was like showing us a map.

"The red one is the riddles." Sabi ko habang nakatitig.

"The green one is us." Sabi niya at Tumango.

"But they are only one." I pointed the red area where the riddle is. Isa lamang ang nakikita namin.

"Baka isa lamang ang riddle na ginawa niya?"

"That is impossible. Then that would make the game easy?" Tanong ko. It is odd that they are only one riddle located in the forest.

"Or maybe they are few of them. The others are just sealed that is why we couldn't locate them here in the map." Sabi ko.

"Paano mo nasabi?" Kunot noung tanong ni Aizha sakin.

"Sir Sage isn't dumb to let us into a game with only one riddle. In my hypothesis, maybe he sealed the other riddles." Sagot ko.

"You do have a point. But why did he let this thing unsealed?"

"Maybe he did it on purpose."

"Let's just find out but for now let's go to the first riddle."

"Yeah, the first riddle isn't far away from us so siguro hindi tayo matatagalan bago makapunta doun."

"Yup, let's go." Agad na naming pinuntahan ang unang riddle. Mabuti nalamang at agad na na-memorize ni Aizha ang mapa papunta sa riddle.

I really like playing games and it would be boring if they are only one riddle. This game is like doing a task and the tasks are the riddles. Do the task to win the game. Im very curious what kind of creatures will serve as our enemies in the game. Im sure the others are also curious of the game.

I smirked after realizing something. I now very know why he called this game as Hide and seek. The riddles were all hidden from us and we'll just have to seek for them. I find it a little bit funny that he called this game as Hide and seek.

"Here we are." Napatigil kaming dalawa sa paglalakad matapos mahagilap ang tatlong kahon na hindi kalayuan saamin.

"Lets go." Lalapitan na sana namin ang tatlonh kahon when a bunny caught my attention.

"Oh my god!"

"What is it?"

Nilapitan ko ang bunny. It was wounded at halatang masakit ito dahil nahihirapan itong gumalaw o tumayo. It was looking at me with her eyes pleading for help.

"Awee, are you alright?" Agad ko ito nilapitan at tinignan ang sugat.

"Kate let's go."

"Sandali lang. I need to help her." Sabi ko kay Aizha.

"But we have to go. This is just a game. This isn't true." Sabi ni Aizha ngunit hindi ko siya pinakinggan at hinawakan ang sugat ng bunny. A placed both of my palms at the wounded side of her legs and healed her.

Medjo matagal bago ko siya ma heal dahil sobrang laki ng tinamo niyang sugat and she was suffering with pain while I was healing her.

"You poor thing." I whispered.
