Chapter Twenty-one

Harper's POV

"Hmm, how does it feel to move and act free?" I asked Thyron while staring at the kids outside my window.

They were the same age as I am. They were laughing while playing with each other. I could see prosperity in their eyes. The curve smile drawn in their faces were priceless. It was like nothing in this world could take the joy they were feeling.

I also wished to play with them but I know my parents wouldn't let me go outside the palace and encounter with the people.

"It is fun and great, why did you asked?" He answered and went beside me. He took a peek outside and saw who I was looking at.

"How about we go outside?" I immediately look at him.

"B-but how?"

"Would this work, Thyron?" I stared at him while he puts in me the cloak so that we wouldn't get noticed by the palace's maid and gaurds.

"Trust me." I smiled at him. We secretly and successfully got out of the palace without anyone noticing.

"I can't believe we got out!!" I giggled while staring at the people.

"Careful..." He suddenly fixed the hood of my cloak when it's slowly falling off my head.

"We mustn't get caught and we should go back before the sun downs. Okey?"

"Yeah, yeah! But let's have some fun first!!!" I grabbed Thyrons hand and went to play with the kids I saw from the window.

"They're gone?" I pouted when we saw the kids going home while holding their mothers hand.

"What do we do now? Hindi na tayo makakapaglaro?" I asked Thyron.

"How about we go to the Marketplace it's just near here." He suggested.

"Okey, lets goo!!!" Both of us were laughing as we run through the Marketplace. Because of my enthusiasm ay nabitawan ko ang kamay ni Thyron.

"Careful, Selene!" He shouted. I just waved my hand at him. I saw a store who sells apple and was about to run towards it when I suddenly run into someone.

"Ouch!" Napadaing ako sa sakit nang malakas akong napaupo sa sahig.

"Gee, Im so sorry! Are you hurt?" Agad ako nilapitan nang kabanggaan ko at tinulungang tumayo.

"Selene are you okey?" Nilapitan kaagad ako ni Thyron. I gazed at him and nod before turning my gaze to the girl I bumped into.

"D-dont worry, I wasn't also looking where I was going." Napakamot ako sa ulo ko. She was also the same age as I am and like me she's also wearing a maroon cloak.

"Audel!" Sabay sabay kaming tatlo napalingon sa tumawag na lalaki na agad tumabi sa babaeng nakabanggaan ko.

"I'm really sorry. I am Audelia and this is my friend, Flame." She smiled at us before gesturing the boy who called her name.

"Oh...uhh, ako nga pala si Selene and this is my friend Thyron."

"Nice to met the both of you Thyron and Selene." Flame smiled the both of us.
