Zombie outside

-Diane's POV-

I woke up in the early morning and walked downstairs to make breakfast. I walked downstairs to make breakfast. I saw Meliodas sleeping on the couch with one of his guns as a teddy bear. He was hugging it like a kid with his toy.

I giggled a bit and walked in the kitchen. It was sunny outside. But then suddenly, it got darker. I looked at the window to see zombies outside. It was at least 10.

"Everyone! Wake up!" I yelled. All zombies tried to break in. Everyone ran downstairs while Meliodas got up slowly and walked up towards me.

"What is i- holy shit!" He said when he saw the zombies.

"What will we do?" I asked as everyone else walked in the room.

"How did they find us?!" King asked.

"Wait a minute, someone took them here!" Meliodas said.

"What do you mean?" Merlin asked.

"Look. It is a car more that wasn't there yesterday. Zombies must have followed that car!" Meliodas said.

"Besides, everyone have started to stink like dead people and they have lost some skin and other body parts while that haven't." Meliodas said.

"So that have just got the infection, smart." Merlin said.

"Yeah, yeah, what will we do?" Ban asked, not showing so much panic.

"Elizabeth? Is it any trees around the house? About a meter away and near the cars?" Meliodas asked.

"It is one tree where it is a old treehouse in from when I brought this place." Elizabeth answered.

"Okay, when I yell 'run', you all run to the mini truck and start it. When you hear thee knocks on the car roof, you will open the doors to the truck, but don't stop driving. Okay, go!" Meliodas said and ran upstairs.

"Wait wha-" Escanor cut himself off when Meliodas was fully gone. The zombies was still outside and punched the glass with their hands and heads, trying to come in. Good they aren't that strong.

-Meliodas POV-

I ran up to the roof and looked for the tree Elizabeth told me about. I saw it and jumped to the nearest branch. I clung up to the top of the tree and looked down at the zombies. It was about 15 or so.

"Hello! I am here!" I yelled, taking the attention of some  zombies.

"Here I am! Come on! Get me!" I yelled. I took some more zombies attention. I had about 7 zombies.

"Meet! Fresh meet!" I yelled. That took all theirs attention. Every zombie was under the tree and tried to get me.

"RUN!" I yelled as high I could. I saw Gowther and Escanor run to the front of the mini truck. Gowther driving. The others ran to the back of the truck and ran in.

I climbed down to a branch that was long and there I climbed as long out on it I could. If the zombies just jumped, they would be able to get me.

The truck started driving and I jumped on it's roof. Some zombies had come to the car and ran after it. I shoot every one that could follow it whole skipping the ones who was still at the tree.

When it wasn't any more zombies as long as the eye could see, I knocked on the roof three times.

The doors opened and I jumped in the truck to see everyone safe. I closed the doors before sitting down. My side hurt more.

"Argh." I mumbled as leaning on the car wall. Elizabeth rushed to my side.

"Are you okay? You shouldn't do things like that when you are badly hurt!" Elizabeth said.

"Wake up, we are in a zombie apocalypse. It will be much harder then that!" I said to her.

"We had luck that the zombies didn't see you run to the truck." I whispered.

"That was so brave!" Diane said.

"We would all be like them if it wasn't for you." Merlin said.

"That was smart." King said.

"Yeah, thanks bud." Ban said.

"Bud?" I asked.

"Yeah, you are kind of a good friend." Ban said.

"You remember what I told you practically two days ago?" I asked.

"Yeah, but I don't care." Ban said. I rolled my eyes.

"He's right." Elizabeth said.

"You doesn't even know who I am." I said.

"Meliodas, one of the most wanted criminals. No one have ever been able to catch you or seen your real face without getting killed, I know." She said. I was a bit stunned.

"But if you knew, why did you help me?" I asked, looking away to the wall.

"Because I like to help people, I believe that everyone deserves a second chance." Elizabeth said. I looked at her to see her smiling at me.

"Yeah, right." I said and rolled my eyes.

"You have right Elizabeth!" Diane said.

"Not you too." I whispered.

"Well, I am soooo sorry that you think like that, but what Elizabeth said is true." Diane said.

"Yeah." Ban said.

"Kind of." King said.

"What do you mean kind of?" Diane asked.

"Some people is seriously dangerous." King said.

"And I am not one of them?!" I asked. Until now, he have trusted me as much as everyone else.

"No." King said.

"You are mean." I said, not going to kill him for what he said. At this point, we need to be together.

"What's so mean about that?!" He asked.

"I need to be dangerous to do a good job. Duh." I said.

"Oh." He said.

"Anyone, any ideas where to go?" Merlin asked.

"A place where it won't be zombies." Diane said.

"That is nearly impossible." I said.

"What?" Diane asked.

"What do you think? Zombies is following people everywhere! If just one human come to the same place, the same as what just happened will happen again." I said.

"But now I know that they can't smell good, if they could, they would have run to you." I explained.

"Good point." Merlin said.

"But how will we be safe then?" Elizabeth asked.

"We need to get a medicine for them all." I said serious. Everyone looked at me shocked.

"D-do you mean for real?" King asked.
