In last second

-Gowther's POV-

Merlin walked up to the door to close it. Captain had just arrived at Elizabeth and helped her up, but a zombie took in her foot before they escaped.

"No! Merlin! You can't!" Escanor said. Merlin was trying to close the door while Ban and Diane tried to hold it open. I couldn't do anything. I was in shock.

Captain kicked away the zombie hand from Elizabeth's foot and they started running. The zombies just some centimeters away.

Merlin was about to close the door when I knew what I could do. I sat in her chair and looked at the computer.

"If I remember this correctly, I need to push this, this and this button." I said to myself as doing that. It worked. The door opened a bit, Merlin was struggling to keep it closed.

Captain and Elizabeth was just some meters away. The zombies was just behind. Then I saw a zombie touch Captain side, but Captain punched it away. They was near the door now.

"Okay, this, this and this." I said and pushed three buttons. The door slowly closed. Right before it was too small, Elizabeth and Captain ran inside. Then the door closed before the zombies come inside.

Elizabeth sat down, leaning on the wall. Captain sat down beside her.

"Why did you come here?! Now the zombies know I am here too!" Merlin said. It was banging on the door from the zombies, but it was a stronger door here. This was some secretly, safe room.

"Everything want as planned before you destroyed it!" Merlin said and pointed at Captain. He smiled a bit.

"Glad to help." Captain joked. Then he took his hand to his side that the zombie touched and looked down.

"Aggg!" He mumbled. Elizabeth sat up.

"Meliodas?! What's wrong?!" Elizabeth asked.

"Nothing, I'm fine." Captain said. Then a bit off blood showed on his already bloody shirt.

"No! You are not! You are bleeding!" Elizabeth said.

"I'm fine. Don't worry." Captain said. Elizabeth took off his shirt and we all saw his injury. It was bloody and didn't look good. It was dust, blood and even something black in it.

"Your wound. It's worse! You need to go to a hospital!" Elizabeth said.

"No, I'm fine. We need to get out of here instead." Captain said.

"Meliodas, that is not good!" Diane said. Then it was a small boom on the roof of the small house. Merlin walked to the corner of the room and it was a ladder there. She climbed up the ladder and out on the roof. Escanor followed.

Elizabeth helped the Captain to stand up and then we walked to the ladder. Everyone walked up. Elizabeth was the last and walked up after Captain.

It was a big helicopter. Two men walked out of it.

"Hendrickson! Dreyfus!" Captain groaned.

"Meliodas." The black haired man said

"I did my part, as you can see." Merlin said and pointed at all the zombies.

"Yes, we know." The white haired man said.

"What are you doing here, Meliodas?" The white haired man asked.

"That's what I would ask you. Merlin tried to use us as bite to the zombies." Captain said.

"Well, I wouldn't be surprised if you 'died' like that other time when you faked your own death." The black haired man said.

"And I wouldn't be surprised if you think you will be able to use the zombies like guinea pigs without being killed." Captain said.

"You know us too well, but I can make it work." The white haired man said.

"Sorry, but you know each other?" King asked.

"Yes." All the three said.

"How?" I asked.

"They used me as a guinea pig!" Captain said.

"And why wouldn't we do that? You are the first hybrid in the whole world." Hendrickson said.

"Hybrid?!" King and Diane asked.

"And whata heck does that mean?!" Ban asked.

"It means that he isn't only human." The black haired boy said.

"He is project M . E . L . I . O . D . A . S , for short." The white haired boy.

"He is?! You mean project 738?" Merlin asked.

"Yes and now when we have found you again, you are following with us." The white haired boy said and snapped with his fingers. Three guards come out of the helicopter and walked up to Captain.

"Wait! I won't leave Meliodas!" Elizabeth said and held Captain tight.

"Elizabeth, it's dangerous." Captain said.

"Not me either!" Ban said.

"Ban." Captain said.

"Or me!" I said.

"Gowther." Captain said.

"Or me." Diane said.

"Diane." Captain said

"Neither do I." Escanor said.

"Escanor." Captain said.

"And I won't either!" King said.

"King." Captain said.

"I won't either." Merlin said. That shocked us all.

"Merlin?" Captain asked.

"I won't. I know everything about project 738. Don't worry." Merlin said. Captain nodded.

"Hand over Meliodas!" The black haired boy said.

"No!" Diane said. We had nearly forgotten about the zombies that surrounded us.

"Hand him over!" The black haired boy said.

"Never!" Elizabeth said.

"Fine, come with us then." The white haired man said. We nodded and walked in the helicopter. It was many seats. When we was on the helicopter, the white haired man snapped with his fingers. Two guards took each of the Captain's arms and took him to some tube of class. Then they closed and locked him in like if he was a animal.

Meliodas sat down, knees to his chest and arms around his knees. He looked like some animal that had gotten cough from the free and will never be free again.

"What are you doing?!" Elizabeth asked.

"Take a seat. We are going now." The white haired man said.

"No! Why can't Meliodas sit with us too instead of being in some gold fish tube?!" Elizabeth asked.

"Because that thing doesn't need to sit with us humans." The white haired man said.

"Elizabeth, take a seat. He will be okay." Merlin said.

"But he is as much human as us others!" Elizabeth said.

"Sit or go out of here!" A guard said. She had black hair and closed eyes. Then the helicopter then started and Elizabeth didn't have a choice then to sit down. Everyone fastened themselves except Captain that couldn't. Instead, he was showed in the wall instead.

"Don't move!" Another guard said and punched the glass tube, but it didn't even got a scratch. He had green hair and was muscular.

"Calm down Helbram." The black haired guard said.

"Don't get in my business, Guila!" Helbram said.

"Shut up both of you!" The third guard said. She had white hair and blue eyes.

"Don't get in our business, Jericho!" The both guards said.

"Just be quiet!" The black haired man said.

"Yes Dreyfus." All the guards said. The rest of the time was quiet. Dreyfus and the white haired man that must be Hendrickson looked at the Captain the whole time.
