Survive

Left on the roof

-Elizabeth's POV-

"We have arrived at out destinations!" Merlin said and looked at us all. We nodded as Merlin said "I will come soon, you go first."

We did as told and walked out of the helicopter. Meliodas walked close to me as we walked inside. It looked clean from zombies.

It was some stairs down because of us landing on the roof of a house. We looked around. No zombies.

After walking away some meters with Escanor and Merlin still in the helicopter, the helicopter started.

"They are gonna leave us!" Meliodas yelled to the others as we all started running towards the helicopter. Meliodas holding me close all the time.

Does he really like me like that? He did say I was his girlfriend. We definitely need to talk about that because I'm not sure if I want to be his girlfriend.

The helicopter was in the air as we had arrived where it should be.

"Be good zombies now! I have many experiments to do on you guys!" Merlin yelled as she flew somewhere. We ran to the rooftop to see us surrounded by zombies. Again.

"Damn it!" Meliodas said and punched the ground. Then he turned around and looked at Elaine.

"Wait, didn't you have a jetpack? Can you fly up to the helicopter, beat Merlin up or something and fly it back down to us?" Meliodas asked as both King and Ban stepped in front of her, saying "No way!"

"Sorry Meliodas, but my jetpack is nearly dead. It's not enough to fly all the way up there." Elaine apologised while Meliodas muttered "I thought you was a badass." to himself, me the only one hearing because of him holding me close.

"What will we do now?" Diane asked.

"We have 3 % chance of surviving until next week." Gowther said, making us all feel hopeless.

Meliodas looked down the roof to see the zombies. Some was climbing on the other while some was trying to break the wall or door/window down.

"The zombies will make their way inside the building in some hours. We should gather as much needs as possible." Meliodas said and turned to us all. They nodded in agreement.

"Diane and King, you gather all food you can." He ordered, making them nod.

"Ban and Elaine, you get all things we would need like blankets or clothes." Meliodas told them as they nodded, but made King yell "No way I let my sister go whit him!"

"It's no time to argue!" He said as he looked down a bit ashamed and shook his head.

"Good, Gowther, you stay and look at the zombies. If something happens, gather us immediately! Me and Elizabeth will go and get weapons like knives and guns." Meliodas ordered and took my hand, walking away with me to do our parts.

-Merlin's POV-

"Merlin, you need to turn back or the zombies will take them!" Escanor said. I just ignored him. He was going to go off there too, but he said 'I will help Merlin with this.'

I can't say no to that. They would think something was off, so he was coming with me.

"Sorry Escanor, but I have a job to do and I won't give up." I said.

-King's POV-

Me and Diane was walking, looking after food.

"I don't trust Meliodas." I said.

"Why not?" Diane asked. I replied with "We doesn't know anything about him except that he is a criminal and have been a guinea pig. Who knows what he is capable of?"

"But he have saved our lives many times." She said.

"Still, I can't trust him." I said. It feels like someone is following us.

-Ban's POV-

"We need to have a serious talk when this is all over." I said, not looking at her.

"Yeah." She said without looking at me. Neither of us showing any emotions.

As fast as possible, we both turned around and hugged each other.

"Elaine!/Ban!" We both said at the same time.

"I have missed you." I said. She responded with "You too."

Slowly, we leaned in for a kiss, but heard a sound and looked there instead. Nothing. I just shrugged it off.

-Gowther's POV-

The zombies is the same, but I heard the door open and close after they left. No one is here on the roof, meaning it is someone else in the building.

-Meliodas POV-

I held Elizabeth close to me. Something is here. Near and it is not a zombie. Sounds like feet hitting the ground in a fast speed is heard here and there.

-Gowther's POV-

It have been 4 hours and it started to get dark. Meliodas and Elizabeth was the first to come back with weapons. Then it was Diane and King that come back. Lastly Elaine and Ban.

With the blankets and some other materials Ban and Elaine got, we made a tent. We had some clothes to make us warm.

We made an fire with some useless things Ban took, saying it was for 'Souvenirs.'

We all had a peace of meet over the fire outside the tent. It didn't take long before we had started eating. Vegetables was on a big plate for everyone to take and we had one bite of meat each.

-Diane's POV-

Elaine laid down her peace of meet and took a vegetable. We a sat down in a circle. Meliodas beside Elizabeth who was beside me who was beside King that was beside Elaine that was beside Ban and then Gowther, making Gowther and Meliodas sit beside each other.

"Ban? Did you take my meat?" Elaine suddenly asked, looking at him.

"Noooo. Why would ya think that?" Ban asked.

"You did! Give it back!" Elaine yelled as Ban responded "It could have been King too!"

"I didn't do it! It was clearly you Ban!" King yelled.

"My vegetable is gone." Gowther spoke. He was beside Ban too.

"Now from Gowther too?!" King yelled.

"Calm down King." I tried, but he just said "Don't bother Diane!"

"Well! I am at least trying to be rational!" I yelled back at him. Then Elizabeth spoke "D-Diane, I don't think he m-mean it like that."

"Shut up!" I said to her, making her face go from worried to sad.

"What do you think you are doing Diane?! Apologise to Elizabeth!" Meliodas said. We all started to argue until we heard a noise.
