Madison pov
Once I was out I just ran to the place that always made me feel better, the lake.
Once I arrived in front of the lake I lifted my knees up and wrapped my arms around them, hiding my face so no one would see me.
He means nothing to me, just a boy, nothing special.
Once I looked up I could feel my eyes burning from the sun and I could feel someone next to me.
Oh crap no.
"Are you okay Madison" whose voice is that it wasn't pansy or Draco.
"I'm Jack, I'm in Ravenclaw and I saw- well heard you crying" the boy says, making me chuckle.
"Me crying as if I would" I laughed louder.
"Hey I mean everyone cries" he replied.
"Not me okay" I turned around to look at him. He was too close to my face.
My face feels like it's on fire.
"Yes ma'am" he laughed at my now red face.
"I think you're cool,friends?" He asked.
"As if-"
Come on" he interrupts me.
I finally said yes to be his friend and he was really cool. He made me feel special, not like everyone else. It was different from him.
"Will it's time for class to want me to walk you?" he extended his hand to help me up.
I of course accepted it.
"Yes please, I have herbology with ravenclaw" I realised.
"Yes come on since we have the same class we can hang out"
He just kept telling me about his family and how his older sister is in Slytherin.
The herbology teacher made us team up in pairs by her choice and it was amazing I got paired up with jack.
After classes we had lunch and jack waited for me outside potions so we can go to lunch together he was so nice.
Once we made it to lunch he bit his goodbyes and went to sit at the ravenclaw table alone. Why Alone?
I felt horrible not going to eat with him or inviting him to sit near me but I wasn't in his house.
"Draco your hands are so cold" I hear a girl chuckle and look up as he and she are holding hands.
"Will your hands are soft" he says and blushes, making me want to gag out everything in my mouth and I couldn't help but roll my eyes. It was disgusting watching my Fiancé flirting with some girl he met like 3 weeks ago.
"Draco, who is that girl to you? " she says softly, pointing at me.
"Family friend" he replies
I stifin why did I feel this way I mean it was about time he proved to be the biggest hit anyone knows.
I tuned out the rest of lunch. I just wanted to go home and never come back.
I couldn't take this anymore I take my plate and head to the ravenclaw table
" Grimsen where are you goi-".
"None of your business is it Malfoy" I interrupted, not wanting to hear anything from him right now.
I started walking towards my friend and soon taking a seat next to him slamming my plate.
"Oh hey you saved me the embarrassment of sitting alone the whole of lunch" jack smiles.
"Sorry I didn't come earlier"
"No,no it's okay you're here now aren't you"
"Ya" I returned the smile.

"No way your brother sounds like a total jerk, I have a sister she is also in Slytherin but she is super nice" I said laying on the grass near the lake.
"No way can she top how beautiful you are because you're drop dead gorgeous" he said, making my cheeks heat up and turn a bright red.
"Now you look like a tomato" he laughs

"Haha got you" he smirked, lying next to me.
"No doesn't count" I laughed, smacking his arm playfully.
"I better get going, don't want to be late" I say, hugging him one last time and walking off to pansy who locked our arms and played like she was sad I left her with the boys.
I told pansy all about jack and she thought he was wonderful. I agreed he was wonderful.
"Booboo man marrying malfoy you're unlucky" she huffed silently.
She was right, I am unlucky.
