You wake up to the smell of food. You yawn as you check the time. 5:30, who would be up this early ?? you get out of bed and feel the warmth of the carpet under ur toes. Its a totally different feeling from when you would wake up at your dads house. you feel so welcomed here and you wont ever have to leave. you take a minute to look around and see all your stuff from your dads house near the foot of your bed. *how did he-* you think to yourself. You softly smile to yourself. You wont ever have to get treated like you're nothing ever again. You shuffle your feet out to the kitchen. "good morning sleepyhead, you want some pancakes before you get ready for school?" ukai asks. you nod your head before going to the bathroom to brush your teeth. you look at yourself in the mirror and realize you slept pretty good last night. no interruptions, no headaches, you felt loved and ukai wasnt even in the same room as you. you can feel yourself feeling better already. You grab your toothbrush and get to work.

*i can't believe i let that fucker put his hands on my neice. im never gonna stop regretting that. i shouldve taken her with me or something, idk how i didnt notice. last night i couldn't sleep and went to go get her stuff. he's so lucky he was at work i brought my gun with me, i was so ready to just k!ll him but i couldnt get arrested, i can't leave her alone again.* ukai thinks as the pancakes sizzle on the pan. "aw fuck" he says as he flips over the pancake to realize his thought process got in the way of cooking and now the pancake is burned. he tosses it in the trash as y/n comes out of the bathroom.

"are any of them ready yet, im really hungry" you say. ur uncle points to a plate on the table to the fluffiest pancakes you've ever seen. *wow-* you think. you grab another plate and a fork before you sit down. you grab two pancakes and move them to your plate. you cut a peice of it off and stick it in your mouth. "mmm" is all you can say, this is the best pancake you've ever had. ukai chuckles knewing you would like it. you literally g o b b l e your pancakes as ukai turns on his radio. you both vibe to the music and the morning is full of silly dances and giggles. you feel so comfortable and cared for. you both calm down and start getting ready for school/work. ukai has to go a little earlier because hes the coach but it gives u a perfect opportunity to get some practice in before class. you get your volleyball shoes and workout/volleyball gear on and stuff your uniform in your bag. You grab your deodorant and perfume to put in your bag so you don't smell musty during class. you both head out the door and hop in the car. as soon as you arrive at the school you realize some people come way earlier than you thought. as soon as you get out of the car you're turning heads. the way the volleyball shorts compliment your figure is just astonishing not to mention your beautiful face and you seem happier today so you're absolutely glowing. You decide to be a little nicer today and shoot a few smiles at people. You put your hair up in a bun while walking to the gym. you hear a few "damn"'s and "wow"s that make you giggle and blush. (yes you're THAT bitch) you hurry to the gym to find someone already practicing. tsukki. as soon as you see him you immediately remember the texts from the other night. "SHITTYSHIMA" you yell which causes ukai to scoff to keep from laughing. tsukki turns his head to see your short ass hollering from the other side of the gym. you softly say "fuck it" to yourself and run up to him and tackle him. "wha- HEY" you hold his arms down so he cant go anywhere. "this- this is for telling yamaguchi to be quiet" you say. tsukki turns bright red and you realize how close your faces are. you can smell his cologne and feel the warmth of his breath hitting your face. you lean in next to his ear and say "and this...is for fun" you say and grab his glasses and run. "HEY GIVE ME THOSE!" you giggle and run towards the entrance of the gym. tanaka, noya, daichi, and suga are all coming to practice as you yell for help. "SUGA SAVE ME !! AHHHH" you scream and giggle running towards suga. "AY WHOS HURTING MY BABY" tanaka yells, "Y/N WHAT HAPPENED" gasping for air and giggling you hold up his glasses "I TOOK- I FOUGHT- I JUST- AHHH HES COMING" they realize whats going on and start cracking up, they let you pass out the gym and make a barrier to give u a little extra time to run off. you find a tree and climb it. you put on the glasses and when he finds you, you say "yamaguchi be quiet" imitating his voice. "shut up i dont sound like that, now gimme my glasses" you giggle and tell him he has to take them from you. "you know what? fine." and he climbs up the tree and sits next to you. "h-hey theres barely any space up here" you say flustered. he proceeds to SIT U ON HIS LAP and hold onto you so you dont fall. "there, now gimme back whats rightfully mine" he says. you put his glasses on him instead of just giving them to him. his cheeks flush with a bright pink and you giggle. "its cute when u blush" you say. "shush" he says embarrassed. you hear the school bell ring and give him a soft peck on the cheek and say "thanks for taking up my practice time" and hop off the tree, "you have a 15 minute passing period before class so you hurry and change into your uniform to head to class.
