The Final Turn

Chapter: 24

"Yeonjun! Yeji! Get out of there!" Jungkook panicked as the 2 looked at him like he was crazy.

Namjoon noticed this and started saying something as their attention was drawn to him while they laughed.

"This bitch keeps distracting them" Hansoo cursed at Namjoon as she looked around, looking for something useful. Her eyes landed at a water jug.

She quickly grabbed it and smashed the back window making everyone flinch. "Namjoon! Stop the truck right now!" Hansoo shouts at him as she aligned her gun on the driver's nape.

The man smirked and the next thing they knew is that they were grabbed from behind and out of the trunk.

"What the fuck?!" Jungkook looked back as he saw masked gangsters pulling them down. 3 men was holding him while 2 was on Hansoo.

They both was dropped out of the car as they saw the truck rush out of their sight.

Hansoo's body heated up in panic and irritation. Her inner combat persona was escaping slowly second by second. There was silence as they all was processing the moment.

The couple looked at each other and nodded. Planning something.

"3, 2, 1" Jungkook mouthed softly and as soon as the word three slid out of his mouth, they both turned around and kicked the men in the legs, making them weak.

Hansoo quickly got up and spun the 2 pistols out of its slot and pointed them both on each one that pulled her down.

Her blood was boiling in anger. She had too much of this bullshit.

"Ple-"

One of the gangsters attempted to talk but Hansoo was just too impatient and raged out as she buried a bullet inside of the man's head before he can finish the word.

The other gangster that she was pointing her gun to saw everything which made him sweat in fear.

He had to somehow escape from this.

The man slid his legs to her feet, attempting to do the same thing that she did to them, but fortunately, Hansoo noticed this and skipped over it like she was playing hopscotch.

"Nice try" She chuckled and leaned in to open his mouth while she placed her gun to his throat.

Jungkook's eyes widened as he hears Hansoo grunt and pull the trigger inside of the man's jaw.

She rolls her eyes and reloaded her guns while Jungkook was getting to a fist fight with the rest. Hansoo noticed this and decided to help.

She walks over to the gangster who was facing his back to her. "Hey babe" Hansoo whispered seductively to the man's ear lobe and as soon as he turned his head, she pounded her revolver to his head, knocking him out.

After she knocked it down, she faced Jungkook who was pulling out Taekwondo moves as he pulled his leg up while he wrapped the enemy's neck around his thick thighs. After succeeding to get momentum, he somehow got up on the man's neck and soon cracked his neck without the use of his hands.

Jungkook sighed as he got down of the now dead body. They both looked at all the down enemy's and exchanged a high-five.

"Now we have to go and find them. Yeji and Yeonjun" Hansoo cleared her throat while Jungkook nodded.

The couple crouched and followed the road that the truck rode through.

But not many steps later, they found the vehicle parked in front of a sketchy area. Jungkook's pupils shrank in surprise while Hansoo continued looking for clues on where their friends could be.

Her eyes then landed on the messed-up barb wires as if someone forced it open. "You think they could've gone through there?" Hansoo tapped Jungkook's shoulder as she points at her sight.

"Probably...there's no other way around this." Jungkook replied which led them to go through it.

They both grunted through the wires, and as soon as they stepped in, a wave of shivers scrolled through Hansoo's body as her senses started tingling.

"This is it. This is where they went" She continued as Jungkook sighed in nervousness. The couple looked around more and saw a big abandoned factory which was turned into a mega base.

They both gulped at the sight. It was overwhelming as they saw tons of men scouting the area.

"How the fuck are we going to defeat those?!" Hansoo whispered while the boy closed his eyes for hope. "Just trust me on this one"

Jungkook opened his eyes and smiled while they started moving.

"Okay...I'll share you my knowledge when it comes to bases. Usually, when they claim one, they put their most cherished object/hostage to the very middle and very top, which I call the core. And there's going to be a lot of men guiding it. And if my observation was correct, we should be able to find a way around this mess and go straight to the core. Its usually at the back where they think that no one would go straight to"

Jungkook explained which made her freeze into place.

"How and where did you get all of those knowledges?" Hansoo's eyes widened at all the information that he just spat out.

"You know gamer Jungkook?" He winked as he tapped the side of his forehead, acting smart while Hansoo chuckled. "Well what are we going to do when we actually reach the core?"

"We explode the entire area with bombs." Jungkook answered flatly. "And where do we get those?" Hansoo crossed her arms. "Do you keep forgetting? I'm always ready for these kind of stuffs"

He smirked as he grabbed the small bag that he carried around the whole time. "Don't tell me you have bombs in that stupid little bag" Hansoo looked at him.

"What if I do?" Jungkook teased as he revealed the bag of bombs. "Aha! I knew the moment would come and I'm finally able to use these!" He chuckled while carefully handing her some.

"What are you doing?!" Hansoo quickly removed her hands to be out of his reach as she didn't watch to touch the bombs.

"Stupid, you have to get ones too. We will scatter them around the area while we are sneaking in. Don't make me place everything by myself. Besides, its not going to blow up without gasoline and flames." Jungkook informed her.

"Its going to blow up because I'm hot as flames" Hansoo clicked her tongue as he shook his head on the corny joke. "Yeah yeah"

Following Jungkook's plan, they both found loopholes to sneak around the village and placed down bombs along the way while looking for gasoline and matches.

They both carefully moved around, not wanting to draw any unnecessary attention.

Kill and loot, kill and loot and kill and loot was all they did for the past 20 minutes until they saw a familiar black figure up on the roofs.

"Who has the guts to run around an area like this?!" Hansoo furrowed in confusion. "Shh Hwasa would"

Jungkook moved his fingers to her lips. "H-Hwasa?" Hansoo stuttered in shock. "Shit you're right. That's fucking Hwasa" She continued with her jaw dropped to the floor.
