The Final Turn

Chapter: 13

"Just wake him up for goodness sake!" Yeonjun says to Hansoo. "I can't! It's awkward!" She replies and grabs her hair in frustration. "Why don't you do it by yourself?"

"We aren't close" Yeonjun raised his eyebrows as Hansoo rolls her eyes. "Well we don't have a choice do we?" Hansoo shrugs her shoulders. "Yes we do. If you just-" Yeonjun grunts as he pushes her in Jungkook's room.

"-do that" He continues his words as Hansoo cursed at him silently. "Just do it" Yeonjun stomps his feet due to losing his patience. Hansoo sighed as she slowly approached the sleeping bunny.

"U-Um...wake up" Hansoo tapped his shoulders.

"Hello?" Hansoo tapped again but more harshly. "Mmm" Jungkook rolled over to the other side, obviously still sleepy. "Wake up Jungkook. We need to leave" Hansoo shook his body.

"5 minutes please" Jungkook groans and hid under his blanket. "No! You need to get up right now" Hansoo tapped her foot with her arms crossed which was followed by Jungkook's snores.

"Are you kidding me right now?" Hansoo frowned at the disobedient boy. But once again, her arms was grabbed by him as he cuddled her in his arms.

"Calm down Ms. Grumpy. Maybe you need some sleep." Jungkook muffles on her neck which tickled her as her back was faced on him. "Stop Jungkook" Hansoo attempts to release herself from his grip but it just made him put his blankets over her.

"Let's sleep shall we?" Jungkook hugged her by her waist and closed his eyes. Hansoo's heartbeat was rapidly pounding to the point that Jungkook felt it as he giggles.

Hansoo grunts and faces the boy, not knowing on how close their faces were. "U-Um you need to get up." She stutters on his face and sits up. "You're such a mood killer" Jungkook pouts as Hansoo stuck her tongue out in response and exits the room.

"Cute." Jungkook giggles and gets up.

"What took so long?" Yeonjun asks as Hansoo shrugged her shoulders. "Oh hey big guy let's go" He notices and smiles at Jungkook who's hair was all over the place.

Hansoo held her shirt as it smelled like him. Like white roses. It made her feel protected and comfortable.

"Have you both packed your stuff?" Jungkook asks them as Hansoo let go of her shirt. "Ahead of you sir" Yeonjun grunts and grabbed their bags.

After a few minutes of arranging their stuff to the truck, they finally got in. "I dibs on the back" Yeonjun raised his index finger and jumps in the back seat. "Well dang it" Hansoo sighs and gets up on the front passenger seat.

They all shifted their bodies to find a comfortable spot. "Goodnight people" Yeonjun says as he lays down on the seat behind them.

Jungkook started the engine and pushed gas as they start their journey.

"So tell me more about yourself" Jungkook starts a topic and asks Hansoo. "Me? Oh um i like kpop" She replies as he chuckles. "Like i predicted." Jungkook smiles.

"How about you?" Hansoo looks at him. "I like singing." Jungkook replies and started to hum a song. "Can i hear it?" Hansoo asks politely as Jungkook nodded.

"For as long as I live and as long as I love I will never not think about you"

Jungkook sings and tapped his fingers on the wheel, adding beats. Hansoo looked at him with sparkling eyes.

"Isn't that Never Not?" She asks as she hums to his voice. "Yes it is" Jungkook replies and continued singing.

"Oh that's my favorite song at the moment." Hansoo swayed her body to his vocals. The whole scene felt like a movie. It was chill and peaceful with Yeonjun snoring lightly as Jungkook sings a beautiful song.

Oh I wish this could last forever Hansoo thought.

She rolls down her window and let the cold air play with her hair. Hansoo reached her arms out and closed her eyes to cherish the moment even more.

"You're voice calms me" Hansoo turns her head to the driver who was still singing. "I can sing for you everyday if you wanted me to" Jungkook glances at her as a smile crept his face.

However, the voice became thick as someone harmonized with his voice. Jungkook's eyes widened as he saw Yeonjun lying down while singing with him at the back.

"Yeonjun you can sing?!" Hansoo turns her whole body in shock. "What if i told you i can?" Yeonjun giggles as Hansoo frowned. "Why didn't you inform me?!"

"Well i'm still working on my vocals and i didn't want to disappoint you" Yeonjun explains which made Jungkook furrow his eyebrows.

"What? Are you kidding me? You're so good! Your voice is so stable even lying down. Mad respect for you man." Jungkook compliments him as Yeonjun curled in a ball.

"Thank you man" He thanked him as he didn't know what to do since he doesn't get compliments that much. "No problem! If you wanna practice then you can talk to me" Jungkook smiles back through his rear mirror.

"I still can't believe that you guys aren't fighting" Hansoo chuckles and goes back to her seat.

"LOOK OUT!" Yeonjun's body bolts up as he sees something approach them rapidly.
