Chapter 35 --- The Given Order

"Kai." 

Choi called, Kai has arrived as soon as the man notified him. He walked past the man and came into Choi's office, flipping down on the sofa beside him, crossing his legs. Grab the cup of tea in front of him then took a sip, making a sound before he talks. 

"So why did you call me?" 

"Don't act like a boss here," Choi stated coldly made Kai stiffened, quickly sat properly, and cleared his throat. 

"Just being professional." 

"I heard that Jennie is your ex?"

"Yes."

"I want you to get her back."

"But she's with someone now."

"Yes with Lisa." 

"Then there's n-"

"Separate them." Choi shortly said, more like in a commanding tone. Kai didn't react at first when he heard his words, he looked down a while before he looks at him and talks again. 

"But how?" 

"Anything you can Jong-in. Lies? Create some civil wars. Make them failed in trusting each other." Kai listens to his every word, but he seemed to be not so happy with this plan.
"But what's with all this, I'm moving on with her now." 

"I do not care and I want you to listen to me, it's an order, not your decision!" Choi stated word by word clearly, standing up and walk towards him. "I want them separated you hear me?" He whispered in his ear, hand holding his neck making some tense squeezes which made Kai gulped hard, having some goosebumps. 

He quickly nodded made Choi release his hands and walk back to his desk.  "Now go and accomplish that. Remember that Jisoo is on our side." The last sentence made Kai quite shock but remained to look calm as he nodded and bowed him then make his way out.

Sunshine coming in, symbolized morning has come, brightening up their room, full filled with warmness. Jennie who felt the sunshine slowly opened her eyes, turning to see the beauty beside her who's still sleeping peacefully. She traced her face gently from her bangs to her eyes, then noes and her lips. Staring at her, a lovely smile appears on Jennie's face. 

"I'm gonna melt if you keep on staring at me like that..." Lisa said in a husky voice and smiled, opened her eyes a bit to see the girl who's now holding her chin smiling and staring at her. Jennie chuckled then lean close and kiss her sweetly, they smiled between their kisses before they pulled out. 

"Morning Lili." 

"Morning my baby." 

"Any schedules today?"

"To be with you," Lisa said as she sat up leaning on the headboard, and pulled Jennie over sitting between her legs, Jennie chuckled as she leaned comfortably with her back on her chest. Lisa warped her arms around Jennie's waist as she put her chin on her shoulder. "So where do you wanna go today?"

"A date?"

"Absolutely. An amusement park?" Lisa asked, but Jennie shook her head. "Hmmm... Shopping mall?" She asked but Jennie shook her head again. "How about the aquarium? Watching fishes swimming upon us?"

"I'm not that interested in fishes, you should suggest Jisoo unnie for taking Rosie there, Rosie keeps on talking her pet fishes Eunbyul and Orange, but she talks about Orange mostly, about how they kiss and how it follows her." Lisa chuckled softly at what she said.

"She does love fish. Then what about museums?" 

"Who goes to museums on a date?" Jennie frowned playfully and turned back to look at Lisa.

"We?" Lisa shrugged her shoulders and giggled then give a peck on her cheeks. "Then where do you wanna go, I'll follow you then," Lisa asked, Jennie, look back to the front and thought for a while before she spoke out a location made Lisa froze a bit. 

"The Lost Garden." Jennie said, turned over to see Lisa when she's not responding, she shakes her body gently to make her come back, "Yah baby why are you zoning out?"

"Huh..? Nothing it's just, you sure about it?" Lisa asked in an uncertain tone, not really wanting to go to that place. Jennie then turned herself completely to face her and cupped her face. 

"I know what you're thinking but past is past, and that's the place where we have our first date, it's full of memories even though all the bad things happened there." Jennie softly stated, looking at Lisa, caressing her cheeks with her thumbs. Lisa finally sighed and nodded.

"If you insist, I'm just worried that it might bring back the bad memories."

"New memories are needed to be created to cover the bad ones right? So let's go there and create some new memories for us." Lisa nodded at what she said and smiled as Jennie give a quick peck on her lips then went off the bed towards the bathroom. "Well, let's get ready now for our date, chop-chop!" She said before she went into the bathroom and closed the door.

"Why don't we just take the shower together to reduce some time!" 

"PERVERT!" Jennie yelled inside from the bathroom and quickly locked the door as she heard what Lisa said, Lisa chuckled as she went off the bed, wearing her slippers.

"Guess I'll prepare breakfast for us." She said as she stretches herself and makes her way to the kitchen downstairs.
