Chapter 49 --- Revived

It's all over the news, of CHK company falling and how Choi and his filthy secrets he did to the people. He's been brought to jail and is going to be put on his first trial after some days, the people he has killed can't even count, the former workers that luckily survived from him have been invited on the news show and exposes to his behaviors. Other than that, the company crew has also reported him for being cruel towards them, also his men are giving up him for getting probation because of what they did for him. 

Kai got compensation for his dad's company and threats Choi created to his family, and his father's death. Irene, the one who posted the evidence on social media first making lots of reporters coming for her but she rejected it as in won't reply for any topic relating to that. Jisoo on the other hand, her dad's agency work has been done, they finally exposed and captured Choi. Speaking about here, Jisoo is now in the ICU and so does Jennie. The thing is Jisoo is awake now, gaining back her strength while Jennie is still in a coma due to a bullet almost hit her heart but it damaged multi veins in her causing her to lose too much blood in a sudden. 

Lisa and Rosie always go to them at the same time during the morning every single day, but Lisa would often just stayed there for the night, being with Jennie, cause she wants to be with her when she wakes up, being the first thing she saw when she opens her eyes again. 

"How long do you think this is gonna take?" Lisa muttered, caressing Jennie's hand on the bed, looking at the oxygen mask on her, even though it still didn't cover her beauty. 

"Lis... I'm sure she'll wake up soon. It's only been two days, there's still hope for it." Jisoo softly said, comforting the girl who's staring blankly at nowhere. 

"Jisoo's right Lisa, stay strong okay?" Rosie said as she gives some little pats on her back. Lisa left out a sigh as she looks back at Jennie's face, mumbling some words out. After some hours the night came, Lisa decided to stay at the hospital tonight so Rosie bid her goodbye to them and went home. During the time, Lisa chose to take a shower first and buy some foods for herself to maintain the energy, as she walks back and sat down beside Jennie's bed and hold her hand, she started to caress it again as she leans her head down and rests on the bed. Just at this moment, Lisa suddenly felt that Jennie's finger moved a bit, she quickly sat up as she looks at her hands but nothing, so she thought she's just delusional and was about to lean back when she felt it move again. Lisa then squeezed her hand softly but what surprised her next is when she looks up at Jennie's face, she saw her eyes slowly open. 

"Oh my god, Jen? Baby? Can you hear me? Wait for me, I'll call the doctors!" Lisa hurriedly went out and call the doctor as she saw her eyes open but not responding. After some minutes, Lisa came back with doctors and nurses behind.

"Jennie ssi?" The doctor called as he took out the flash to check her pupil, then waved his hands upon her. "Jennie ssi can you point out how many fingers is this?" The doctor asked and motioned up two fingers. Jennie narrowed her eyes a bit before she slowly raised her hand and motioned a two. The doctor then nodded with a smile and turn to Lisa.

"She's fine now, but still, it needs time for her to fully regain the consciousness. We'll take off the oxygen mask for her now since she won't be needing it anymore." The doctor said as he asked the nurse at back to help remove the oxygen mask on Jennie. Lisa bowed full of thankfulness, keep bowing for a couple of times until the doctor and nurses have left the room. She then quickly sat back besides me as she holds her hands.

"Jen?" She called, Jennie who heard her name turned over to the girl, as soon as she recognized who that is a smile formed on her lips, eyes are also smiling. 

"L..i-Li.." Jennie uttered out stammered, still not having full strength and conscious back, yet she tried to reach out for Lisa by her hand going up for Lisa's cheeks.

"Shh... rest first, we'll catch up when you regain your strength." Lisa softly said and hold Jennie's hand on her cheek, then placed it back on the bed as continue caressing it. Jennie then removed her hand and slowly pat the place beside her bed. Lisa was confused at her sudden reaction at first but soon get it as she took off her shoes and slowly climb up the bed laying beside her girl, make her arms as her pillow with Jennie in her chest, hugging her tightly, giving her the warmness. "Rest well my love, dream me." Lisa smiled and placed a kiss on the top of Jennie's head made the girl smiled as well before they both drift off to sleep.
