You sat on the plush sofa outside the consulting room. Pushing back your sleeves, you look at the watch. 1:00 pm? He had been there for the past two hours!!

Getting up from the seat you debate yourself whether you should interrupt them or not. No Raven, don't be foolish You mentally shake your head as you sink back into your chair. Patience has never been one of your virtues. With a sigh, you close your eyes as you will yourself to wait patiently for a few more minutes.

It has been a year. A year since Raven had woken up in a hospital after the incident.

Raven had opened her eyes to find herself staring at a pair of curious doe eyes. The moment she stirred, the police officer had exclaimed, "You are awake!" With an amount of enthusiasm that did not quite match with his work. Raven could see that it was a police officer from his uniform but the officer looked so young Raven wondered if he was legit.

"Hi, I'm officer Jeon Jungkook from the police. Are you alright?"

"H-how ..." Raven's throat felt extremely dry and seeing her pained expression the officer had quickly poured her a glass of water from the bedside table. Raven finished the entire glass within seconds. "Do you want more?" he asked, lifting up the jug and Raven shook her head. Water could wait. She wanted answers.

"What happened to Seokjin?"

"You mean that guy who tried to- " Jungkook stopped himself in time, his eyes widening slowly. God knew what that guy was going to do to her.

"No, he wasn't trying to assault me," Raven explained as she noticed the expression on his face. Jungkook's face flushed in mild surprise at her direct answer. Raven slowly made herself sit up. She eyed the IV attached to her hand with distaste. She hated needles. Looking back up she found Jungkook observing her again. She quirked an eyebrow and he quickly averted his gaze.

"Uh..um...Yeah, Seokjin. He got arrested." Jungkook replied, trying to fight his blush. Her brain was feeling a bit foggy but at his reply, her senses soon came to life. "He did?" Of course, it shouldn't have surprised her that he got arrested. The cops had caught him trying to harm her on the scene after all. Rubbing her temples, she took a deep breath.

"Officer, there's something you should know." Raven began. "Seokjin, Seokjin is the one who tried t-to mur-"

"I know." That came as a surprise.

"You know?" Raven asked, puzzled.

"He confessed."

Raven's eyes widened in shock. "Seokjin confessed?" The last time she saw him Seokjin wasn't too fond of the idea. In fact, that was the reason she was now lying on a hospital bed.

Jungkook nodded his head. "Yes, he confessed to the crime and how he tried to lock you up and he also revealed how he committed the crime. It came out as a surprise to us. I guess once he realized that he had been caught, he decided to fess up. Oh, and also he told me to relay a message to you."

"A message?"

"Yeah, He said he was sorry. He said that he wanted to protect you but once he realized that he was harming you he was .....horrified? and that he was truly sorry for what he did to you. I don't remember his exact words but that's about the gist of it." Jungkook said scratching his head sheepishly. Raven stayed still as she let his words sink in. He was sorry? Is that why he confessed?

"D-does that mean Jimin is free?" Jungkook shrugged.

"I mean he did admit that he planted the fake evidence, so..." Jungkook trailed off as Raven's eyes lit up and a relieved smile grazed her lips. Jungkook frowned, "Actually, he is waiting outside along with your mother. I wasn't sure if I should let him in, after all, he is kind of off- hey!"

Raven did not wait for him to finish as she quickly wrenched the IV fluid off her hands and ran to the door. Namjoon who had been quietly sitting in a corner of the room watching the exchange got up from his seat and went towards Jungkook, who remained slumped down in his seat, eyes fixed on the door. Patting his shoulders affectionately, he said, "It's alright buddy, you'll find another one."

"W-what?" Jungkook stared up at his senior blushing furiously and Namjoon just smiled back knowingly.

Raven wrenched open the door as she frantically looked around. She found a figure sitting on the seats, face buried in his palms, a bandage wrapped around one of his wrists. Upon hearing the screech of the door, he looked up. His bloodshot eyes widened in surprise but he did not dare move. He sat there gazing back at her and she did the same. Raven didn't know how much time passed from them just standing there, staring back at each other. Raven didn't care. Suddenly she ran up to him enveloping him in a tight hug.

"I'm sorry," She cried out as Jimin sat there stunned. "I should have trusted you. I should have stood up for you but I ran away like a coward." She sobbed into his shoulders and Jimin patted her gently, returning the hug. "It's okay...." he murmured as he smiled, gently holding her.

"No, it's not. I left you Jimin, I betrayed you. I should have known..." Raven said sobbing. Jimin smiled, even more, running his hands down her waist-length raven hair.

"Jimin, I'm sorry. I'll never leave you again."

Jimin chuckled and Raven could feel the laughter bubbling in his chest. She looked up.

"I knew you would come back to me in the end. After all, you are mine."

Raven blinked. She didn't blush. Hell, she wasn't even surprised anymore. She just rolled her eyes.

"You know what Jimin? You need a f*cking Psychiatrist. ASAP."
