Chapter 7

I woke up to my phone going off. I sighed and walked into the bathroom. It took me only a couple seconds to realize that I was at my girlfriend's house. I took a shower and got dressed quietly to not wake her up. I brushed my teeth and sat next to her, she was in a peaceful sleep. I kissed her on her forehead and she turned over. Her eyes were squinted as she looked at me "I'm going to work" she sat up and reached for her glasses. She put them on and looked at me

"Change" my eyes widened.

"You're not wearing that low shirt. Change" this argument in itself is a major turn on. I walked to my bag and put on the matching blazer. She walked to me and buttoned it.

"You know my boobs aren't that big, I don't need all this" she grabbed the collar of my blazer and pulled me into a kiss. She pulled back and said "Much better...I'll see you at school" I grabbed my belongings and pecked her before leaving. I walked downstairs and I entered the Cafe, I saw Jiyong and Dara so I ducked back behind the door to listen.

"I got a call today...about Lisa" I was intrigued. Maybe it's about her past "Chittip and Marco died five years ago" I heard Dara gasp at Jiyong's statement. I already knew that "But if they died five years ago...why did we just find Lisa. Where was she for five years?"

I've been wondering the same thing. I walked out to stop eavesdropping and they smiled when they saw me "Good morning Jennie, I love your hair. Would you like something to drink before you head out?" I politely shook my head no at Jiyong's offer.

"I'll see you this afternoon-" before I could finish my statement Dara walked over and handed me a cup of coffee. I tried to hand it back but she shook her head

"Think of a good lie to tell your friend" that temporary restraining order is up, now that I think about it. I gave her a hug before walking off. I left and put my things in the car. I got in the driver's side and I closed the door. I looked over and saw Bobby sitting in the passenger's seat. Luckily my phone was recording in my pocket this whole time.

"Why'd you break into my car?" he laughed. I don't think that he's drunk, I think I drove him insane "You know that dating a student is wrong yet you stay at her house. Don't lie and say you didn't because your car was here the whole night."

I pointed to the cafe and looked at him. "Jiyong and Dara's cafe. Jiyong and Dara are my close friends that I go to for comfort because my crazy ex boyfriend tried to RAPE ME, I don't feel safe in my own home. So what if a student lives here, I want you to leave me alone" he looked pissed

"You are not moving on from me, I am watching your every move. I told the police station about my case against you and now we'll have police officers around the school. I have to be in your room to observe your behavior" he got out the car and walked away. I felt like crying but I pulled myself together. I drove to the school and went to my classroom. As I was planning my lesson Jungkook ran in.

"Miss Kim!" He bent over and took a deep breath then he whispered "they figured you two out" I shook my head and he looked confused "There's no actual evidence, you'll see" Jungkook left and I put all the assignments on the desk.

Lisa walked in and she closed the door "Jennie what's happening?" she looked like she was about to cry. I swiftly kissed her forehead and said "if you're asked, I slept at your house as the company of your aunt and Uncle because I wasn't feeling safe about my own living situation. I slept in the guest room and we didn't even touch each other. He has no evidence" she nodded in compliance and I heard the doorknob turning. I took out a random paper and in a stern voice I said "I don't allow many redos" Bobby walked in and folded his arms.

"Thank you Miss Kim" she walked towards the door and I said "Next time don't slack off, I won't allow you to make it up. Tell Dara I said hello" she nodded and walked out of the door. I looked at Bobby in disgust and he smiled "That was her, I'll be in during second period" Bobby left and I sat at my desk. The bell rang and I tried to mentally prepare myself.

It was second period and I gave out all the assignments. "This is a project that is due the day after spring break-" before I could finish Bobby walked in with his uniform on. "Hello kids, You might've heard, you might not have heard but a teacher in this school also known as Miss Kim" he looked at me and held his hand out. I wanted to break his hand "Is under investigation because she is suspected to be having sexual relations with one of your fellow classmates. Lisa Manoban" everyone looked at Lisa and she looked shocked herself.

"And why wasn't I informed about this?" Lisa questioned and everyone giggled. She sounded so innocent "That girl is still a virgin...look at her. Listen cop guy if you were going to blame someone for sleeping with Miss Kim at least make it believable" Jungkook commented and everyone agreed.

Bobby was visibly upset "if Lisa didn't know she was sleeping with who you're accusing she is then do you really have a case, or are you just doing this to ruin Miss Kim's life because-Excuse my language- she stopped fucking you" The kids were cheering and giggling. I've never seen Jungkook's bitchy side.

"It would be better if you stopped talking kid. Unless you can confirm that she isn't involved with Lisa then I don't wanna hear it" Jungkook snickered and nodded. Bobby stood by the door, I looked at him and said "You are a piece of shit" the kids were laughing and he rolled his eyes. I cleared my throat and looked back at them "Back to the project.." I explained everything to them and they started working independently.

In the middle of the class Jungkook came to my desk. He stood next to me and leaned over, he was unusually close. "I don't understand the directions for segment 3" he opened the packet and there was a note on the bottom of the paper. 'I have an idea. Use me as the accused student. At some point you're going to have to take a polygraph and if you steer his focus off of Lisa and onto me then you won't have the risk of failing' I grabbed a pencil and erased what he wrote. I wrote over it to make it less noticeable by putting a few examples.

"There's different ways as to how you could write it but I think your idea is great" he nodded and he went back to his seat. Bobby walked over to him and took his packet then he threw it in the trash. The whole class just looked at him "anything you wrote on his paper could've tampered with the case"

Jungkook got up and got another packet. Before he sat down Jungkook said "I knew cops were assholes but I didn't think they could be horny assholes" the class giggled and so did I.

Bobby's phone rang so he stepped out and closed the door all the way. Mino, who was a nice kid said "Miss Kim, is this real, did you seriously do this?" before I could answer Bobby stepped in. I guess I'm going to have to bear through him being near me.
