The Journey to Hogwarts
Dressed in a green plaid skirt, a black turtleneck with layers of sliver chained necklaces and a sliver ring on her index finger, Skylar Elixir Star made her way to the King Cross station.
"First day attending Hogwarts...Brilliant." She said as she rolled her eyes and sighed with sarcasm before speeding into the the wall leading to platform 9 3/4.
She stood in front of the crimson steam train with her trunks and trolley, her hair wind-tossed.
"You're not going to let them bring you down this year." She whispered to herself as she held her head high and strutted towards the train.
Back in Ilvermony, she was known as the "weak freak", all because of her breakdown on her first day of school. There was no way she was going to let that happen again. This time, she was going to be known as the girl everyone feared.
She boarded the train with a bold mask on but her hands were beginning to shake. She plopped down on the chair of an empty compartment and took a deep breath before reaching into her satchel to grab a book. All she needed was to keep herself distracted.
Just as the train whistle was pulled a voice called out to her.
"And what do you think you're doing here? This is my compartment! Out now!" The blonde haired boy demanded with a stern voice.
She slammed her book shut and stared at him in disgust. "What if I don't?" She said as she pouted her lips, laughed and crossed her arms.
"Do you even know who I am?" He said as he let out a chuckle. His two minions, a pug-faced girl with short hair and a tall, dark skinned boy laughed along.
"Am I supposed to?" She replied.
He raised his eyebrows and his grey eyes met her brown ones. He was impressed. He extended his hand out,
"Malfoy, Draco Malfoy.
This is Zabini, that's Parkinson."
"Who exactly are you? I've never seen you around here before." The girl said.
"Star, Skylar Star."
"You're new girl in our year, aren't you?" Parkinson said with a smug look on her face.
"What do you think?" Star rolled her eyes and directed her attention back to her book. Malfoy proceeded to sit next to her with Parkinson across Skylar and Zabini beside Parkinson.
"Great... Just great..."
She muttered to herself as she plugged in her muggle MP3 player and played some music.
"Cant wait to get out of this damn train"
