The Mysterious Machine

It was early in the morning,
When my face was covered with a pillow,
It was early and it was bright,
Tired, but took a look outside the window.

I spotted a dazzling scenery,
With a yawn and a gaze,
But didn't have a clear vision,
Due to the appearance of the summer haze.

When I turned right,
A building which looked mysterious,
Caught my sight,
Out of the blue,
A lady entered a building with delight,
My curious mind wanted to know more,
So I sneaked out of the house with all my might.

With fright, I entered the building,
Which was dark,
And looked huge and never-ending.
I stepped on something fragile,
Click! the lights turned on,
And there I noticed a strange-looking machine,
Which was working very agile.

I saw the person standing still,
She had a very distinctive look,
A beautiful frock filled with frill,
The lady asked me how I came here,
I replied that I followed her.
She told me that the machine was bought from an auctioneer,
When I asked her about the machine.
But still I was clueless out here.

I found that this was an ice-cream machine,
Which produces unlimited amounts without any ingredients,
Wake up! I heard the lady scream,
I felt strange and uncanny about it,
Wake up! She screamed again,
Poof! Came the sunlight flashing my eyes with a beam,
Realization hits me that the scream was from my mom,
And the wonderful journey I had was just a dream.
