"TYLER, do you know the Trinidad family?" My mom asked over the phone. Kasalukuyan kaming kumakain nang tumawag ito. At ito ang bungad na tanong niya.

I was wondering because Sun is also Trinidad. They knew each other? Or it's just a mere coincidence?

"Why mom?" I asked wondering.

"We have a family dinner with them. Get yourself ready this night ok? You must look perfect and attractive, get that?"

"Can I decline that offer mom?"

"No." She said in firm and authoritative voice.

I tooka deep sigh before answering. "Ok mom." I said in a low voice.

"Trinidad family owned a port Tyler!" She excitedly uttered. I rolled my eyes because in the first place, I'm not asking. "Do you perhaps know them?"

"Not really mom." I shortly said.

"You know their child?" She asked.

I looked at Sun

"I think so." I shrugged.

"Really?!" Mas lalo pa itong na-excite. "That's really nice to hear." She added.

" Ok mom. I have to go."

After that, I ended the call and didn't wait for her to answer. I took a deep sigh again.

"Any problem?" Sun asked when he noticed how terrible I was.

"Mom wants me to go with them this night." I answered.

"And you don't want to, but they forced you." It wasn't a question.

"I'd rather stay with you than attending to that dinner." I said nonchalantly.

And when I looked at him, his cheeks suddenly turned adorable. When our eyes met, he looked away. "Anyare sa pisngi mo Init?"

Nang tumingin ito, mas lalo pang pumula. And that's the time I realized that he is blushing! Aww, cute.

"You're blushing." I mocked.

He looked at the food in front of him. "Y-You just made me one." He stuttered.

"You're in love with me that deep, huh?" I teased but there's a part of me hoping that he'll gonna take it seriously. Kase sa akin? Hindi ko alam kung makakaahon pa ako dito sa nararamdaman kong ito. I don't think I can live happily without him by my side.

He is mine and I am his.

He looked up, meeting my eyes. He gave me the same intensity as mine. I didn't dodge to his strares, I fought back feeling my heartbeats. I didn't leave his captivating eyes in the air. My heart is beating rapidly, my knees are shaking, butterflies in my stomach, my mind is in chaos and his stares makes me feel weak! But then, I didn't move away.

I was petrified the whole minute. I didn't speak—no, I can't speak. I can't compose just at least a word because of too much happiness. I even bit my lower lip to stop myself from smiling. I don't want him to tease me again.

Until I felt his hands pinching my both cheeks, that's the time I get to the real world. "Look at you. My blushing peevish Tyler."

I pouted. "Init, masakit." I uttered. But instead of moving his hands away from me, he pinch my cheeks more.
