Ikadalawampu't Siyam na Kabanata

"M-Mom," My tears continue to fall. They can't just stop, even I try to. "Please e-enough. Stop p-please." I begged to them.

"No! You stop Tyler. You son of evil!"

Sun was also halted because of that. He didn't expect that coming.

Nakakadiri. Nakakasuka. Nasusuklam. Nakakahiya.

Masakit na yang mga salitang yan e. Sobrang sakit. But hearing her saying we are made of evil? My heart tore into million pieces. My chest tighten than it already was. And their words are like a million knives penetrating my soul.

Why can't just let us live? Kahit hindi na kami tanggap! Or better, should I broke up with him?

I parted my lips to gasp from air. Mas lalo akong hirap sa paghinga dahil sa pumasok sa isip ko.

"Just looking at you makes me agree with your statement. He has definitely have an evil parents." Tumingin ito sa akin at pinunasan ang mga luhang hindi matigil sa paglaglag, leaving our parents lips' parted. "Everything will be ok, hmmm." He gave me a reassuring smile.

"I-I want to leave, S-Sun."

Pigil ko ang paghikbi habang titig na titig ako sa mga mata nito. His eyes are securing me.

He cupped my face using his two hands wiping the tears rolling on my face. "Tara na." He turned my back towards the car.

But suddenly we stopped because my dad and mr. Trinidad shouted in unison. "Where are you going?!" They cried out loud.

Sun turned to face them. "You blind? We're leaving." Anito't inaalalayan akong maglakad patungo sa sasakyan but before I can step it it, mom spoke.

"Step in that car and forget that you have a family." He threatened.

Para akong estatwang napatigil sa pagpasok sa sasakyan nito. My mind split, it's either I'll go inside or walk towatds them. "You ok?" Tanong ni Sun nang mapagtantong napatigil ako.

I looked at him. "They will disown me, S-Sun."

Pansin kong natigilan ito at maraming pumasok na senaryo sa isipan nito. "Y-You c-chose t-them?" Sa haba ng argumento niya sa aming mga magulang, ngayon lang nito hindi napigilan ang pag-utal ng sunod sunod. Mas lalo pang nanghinayang ang boses niya.

"Mom," singhal ni Tyron but I know he can't do anything about it. Their ears are close to any explanation.

"Shut up. This ia not your business." She glared at Tyron. Napatahimik naman ito kaagad, na parang nalunok ang sariling dila.

I turned into them. Unti-unting kinalas ni Sun ang pagkakahawak sa akin and when I turned to him, he looks hopeless. Tears are forming at the edge of his eyes. At isang kalbit nalang ay malalaglag na ang mga ito.

'I'm hurting him, again.'

I looked at his eyes deeply. His eyes are begging. They are desperate.

I looked away.

'I hope this will be the best decision in my life. I want him to be freed from the pain. I want the best of him.'

'Whenever he is with me, I always cause a trouble to him. He always save me, but he didn't even think of his self. I'm happy with him, but is he?'

We just stared for a minute and slowly, I weakly rose the edge of my lips up. At bigla nalang nalaglag ang mga luha sa kanyang mga mata. Pain is vividly on his face. Puno ng sakit ang mga mata nito habang kinakagat ang pang-ibabang labi para pigilan ito sa paghikbi. He looks like a lost child trying hard not to cry.
