It was just like a nightmare that gets in between our dream.

It was just like a sudden rotation in our lives that made us dizzy but we managed to balance ourselves again.

I met Dustin with purpose.

He has saved me a couple of times.

He has been and always will be a mysterious person that doesn't answer my questions.

He will always be silent and just be observant.

He will always look tough and strong but actually, he is weak on the inside.

He may be silent but he would always want to speak.

He may be strong-willed but his mental health is a little bit fragile.

He was suicidal and depressed his whole life.

He lost his twin brother when they were born.

He even lost his mother after that. His father? No presence at all.

He was all alone ever since.

He is Dustin Leo Cafino.

A gangster who was mistaken as a traitor, a mastermind, a criminal, and now a murderer. He was mistaken a lot of times and being left a lot of times. In that deep deep darkness in his entire life, I'd rather go with him.

I intend to stay with him as a light.

He saved me.

So, I'll save him.

Not because I am trying to repay what he has done to me, but because I love him.

Yes, I love him.

He changed me.

He changed my worldview.

He changed my personality.

He changed some of my behaviors.

That is why I want him in my life.

I want him to stay.

"What?" I asked.

Dustin was there cooking breakfast for me while I hugged him from behind. Nanggigil ako sa kanya kaya ko siya kinagat sa may balikat niya pero I made a mistake kasi sa lahat ng ibang parte ng katawan ni Dustin ay okay lang naman daw kagatin sabi niya. Pero kinagat ko na yung part na yun last night sa gigil kaya naman napasigaw siya.

Kinuha niya mula sa pan ang vegetables and sunny side up eggs papunta sa plate. He turned off the stove and faced me.

I pouted my lips.

"No biting, baby." He said.

Napalip bite ako.

Inakbayan niya ako at nagpunta na kami sa diner room.

"Gusto charcoal theme natin sa Wedding," I said as I sat down and ate my food. Malaki na baby bump ko so that means malaki na si Baby at malakas na din kumain.

Dustin cuts the steamed potatoes for me and placed them on my plate.

"Thank you, Dusty," I said.

"Dusty?" He asked, kunot noo.

"Leo Angelo Cafino."

"Pangalan sa baby natin?" He asked, I nodded.

"Sige kung lalaki, ikaw ang masusunod." He said. "Alysse Cafino" He continued.
