Part 24

The next day and me and Aston walked to the Disney Park hand in hand. I was so excited. Really, really excited. We got to the entrance of the Park and it was the front of the Main Street Station. It had Christmas lights, garlands and murals of Minnie, Mickey, Pluto and Goofy in a Christmas scene. It looked so magical and that was before we'd properly set foot into the Park. It made me feel all Christmasy on the inside. I loved Christmas so much anyway. When I was younger it never felt like it was Christmas till we went to Disneyland. It was the same then.

Me and Aston had a photo of us in front of the pretty scene. I kissed his cheek as he smiled cutely. After he took the picture he grabbed my hand. "Come on Danie! I want you to show me everything." He giggled like a little kid. "OK then!" I giggled too. We walked through the arches that lead to Main Street. It was exactly the same. A Victorian style street that was full of shops and cafes with the castle at the end of it. There was the biggest Christmas tree I had ever seen though. I swear it had gotten bigger since the last time I was here. Maybe your imagining it? So what if I was. Now where did I show Aston first? I had no idea where to start. We took a casual stroll down the paved street to the end just in front of the castle.

I showed Aston the cute snowmen they had they were shaped like Disney characters then showed him one of my favourite things. The dragon that was under the castle. It was dark and Aston had no idea what to expect as we walked into the dark cave. I looked at him and he looked straight ahead with a slightly anxious look on his face. "You know I don't like scary things Ast so it's not something like that." I giggled. His face smiled again now and he started giggling. "Yeah. Of course! Silly me." There was then a growling sound and we saw the animetronic dragon that was chained up in the cave. It was really life like. I loved dragons anyway but honestly I wish I could have that one. Aston gasped. "That's actually really cool." "Told you it would be." I smiled as I put my arm round his waist. "We are so getting one of those when we get home." He giggled. "Oh yes please!!" I said excitedly.

We went on some of my favourite rides after. We first went on the Fairytale Boats where you go round in a boat that was surrounded by fairytale models. It was really cute. Just as cute as I remembered. Next we went on Casey Jr. which was the train from Dumbo that went round a track. We were just getting off that when Aston pointed somewhere. I looked over to where he was pointing. "Look Danie, there's Rabbit from Winnie the Pooh." "Oh yeah! Can we go over there please Ast?" I asked giving him puppy dog eyes, knowing that he always fell for them. "OK, OK, OK." He giggled and so I went over to have my picture taken with Rabbit. After that we went on my most favourite ride, Peter Pan's flight. You go round in a flying pirate ship over Neverland. I cuddled up to Aston on it. It was just as wonderful as I remembered. You fly over London and it's dark apart from the lighted up city.

The next thing we did was go on the Pirates of the Caribbean ride which was another one where you go round it in a boat. Both me and Aston loved those films loads so of course we had to on them. I loved that ride too but it had 2 dips in it. And they were really big ones. It sounds stupid that I'd like that ride because I wouldn't go on log flumes when that was a similar thing. I only liked it because you go round the town that was ransacked in the first film. Ah well. When it came to the dips I buried my face into his shoulder. He put his arm round me and held me tight though. I felt safe even though like I said before hated that part of the ride.

When we got off we Aston put his arm round my waist. "It's alright Danie. I helped you to survive." He said as he kissed the top of my head gently. I smiled. "I know, thank you Ast. My hero." He smiled back at me and we started to walk. In the distance we could see a crowd of people. I wonder what they're doing over there? We went over to investigate. It was Captain Jack Sparrow!! We had to queue up for a picture with him. I mean we couldn't not do. We waited until Jack suddenly held his hand out to me and pulled me over to him. He was quite flirty but he was with all the ladies. I could see Aston's face. He looked like he was going to scream or something. I tried my best not to laugh as Aston took a photo of us anyway. Jack then told Aston to come up too when he realised we were together. We had a photo of all of us but Jack put his elbow on Aston head because he was smaller than him. That was really funny. When we had finished Aston looked at me trying to be serious. "He should have so kept his hands of my girl." I looked at him and we both giggled.
