Personality // Alice is a very shy, meek and nice person when you first meet her. She wants the best for everyone in every situation even if it means the worst for her. She is selfless, compassionate and hopeful. Until about season 4 then she changes as the world changes, she becomes cold, blunt , sarcastic and easily irritated. But she is still the same compassionate, selfless person but she isn't that to everyone like before, only to the people she actually cares about.

Backstory // Alice was born to Leeane Smith and John Smith. Her mother was the famous trauma surgeon that everyone loved and knew her for her zero fatality score. She has been a surgeon for over 20 years and no deaths have come under her hand during any surgery. Her father was a military Sargent when she grew up. He want3d a boy, but never got it, so he treated Alice as if she was his son so He taught Alice every fight move and how to clean and aim and disarm any gun. When Alice was 20 she started to work at the hospital . She was the nurse in the hospital that Rick was in when he was shot. She attended to his wounds and made sure he was healthy. When the army stormed in, Shane tried to convince her to go with him but she knew Rick was alive so she stayed and nursed him until he woke up. She has stayed by his side ever since as she had grown feelings towards him.
