Celeste is a funny and outgoing person, full of energy and enthusiasm. She has an IQ of 110, making her just as smart as her uncle, Tony stark. She loves making tiny gadgets to get her parents approval. She so gets really caught up with her thoughts so she mumbles alot trying to get an answer or conclusion to her thoughts.

Back story:
Celeste was born on September the 1st, her mother was Clara Howell-Stark and Arno Stark. Arno stark is the younger brother of Tony Stark. He was always trying to be better then his brother but never seemed to get to his
One Celeste's 13th birthday she had a beach party. She was walking around the beach with her friends and saw a mysterious cave, she wanted to be brave like her uncle who has just come out as iron Man. She went in and looked around, unaware that the cave was actually a thousand year old meteor, that held a special and powerful ore in it, that actually gave off an aura of danger so unexpecting life forms stayed away from it.
Full of curiosity Celeste touched the glowing ore, she felt a powerful punch in her chest as she felt her heart stop beating. She watched her body shake as panic over took, but she soon closed her eyes and drifted off.
Little did she know her body was being rewired as her body had absorbed the power from the glowing ore. Her body was repairing it self as they mutated her cells giving her, slight speed, strength, sight and hearing enhancements. But the ore also gave her the ability to see unto the future and the ability to make snow and ice out of the hydration of her body.
She eventually shot up,now alive die to the ore giving her life back and a small amount of heal regeneration. She stumbled out of the cave and made her way back to her party, unknowingly as she was been out cold for over 5 days and there was search party out for her.
When she finds out about her new powers, that she absorbed from the ore, the only thing she could think of, is that she has to go live with her superhero uncle. So she runs away from her parents and travels from Washington to New York.
Power :
health regeneration and forsight and water/ice powers
Strengths:
She can regenerate servered limbs. But it takes a couple days
Cold weather and water in her system gives her a boost in power.
Weaknesses:
when she is looking forward in time, she can get painful headaches that can knock her out and put her in a two day coma.
When she is regenerating it takes her enhancements away little bit by little bit
The heat makes her slower and its harder to use her powers.
If she is dehydrated she can not use her power.
