If things are in the past
Then why do they hurt so bad
Why when the sound of the name
I can go from being happy
To be a soulless lifeI try to overlook
Overlook the things that hurt me so
I can still see the past
I can still feel the pain
I look upon each stumbling wordI don't trust her
I can't trust her
She's caused a lot of damage
Yet it's brought upon ourselves
It's our fault
It's our fault that we ruin such good thingsI can't overlook
Overlook all the damage that has been done
Every time her name is brought up
It ruins our mood
And we scream
How is a love so strong
So strong yet feeling so farI can feel the blistering winds
Beyond the looking glass of love
It's a strong encounter
It's ruining the love so strong
Yet so far away
It can bare the hurtful truth
